Remarks :
I Have Applied for JNTUH, OU, CBIT in TSEAMCET counselling and I have got admission to JNTUH B.tech in mechanical engineering with M.tech in thermal systems. I Didn't Have Any quota Because I Am from Andhra Pradesh. I am non local in TSEAMCET. JNTUH is a government college so the admission are managed by TSEAMCET. In TSEAMCET counselling we should apply for the colleges which we want admission for. Scholarship are also available.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have selected B.Tech in mechanical engineering with M.Tech in thermal systems. It is an integrated dual degree program which is called IDP. I Have selected this course because I love mechanical engineering. The ratio of faculty: student is 1:9.The Qualification of the faculty are P.hd and the teaching method is just ok. There are two semesters In one year and two mid exams in one semester. It is difficult to pass because the college is top in Telangana.
Internships Opportunities :
So companies from hi-tech City of the city Hyderabad are offered internships with a 10,000 stipend. The internships offered to our college is comparatively less with other government colleges like NIT's, IIT's, IIIT'S which are also government colleges.
Placement Experience :
The placements in the college are good. From the 3rd year 2nd semester ending onwards, students become eligible for campus placements. The Companies visited are TCS, Microsoft and some companies for Hitech City of the city Hyderabad. The Highest package is 23LPA and the average package is 4LPA. 30 to 40 % percent of students getting placements. My plan after my degree is to do a job abroad.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure of our course is 35000 per year and we will have a university fee of 5000 per year. We will have scholarships in my college. if your parents are government employees then you are not selected for the scholarship and if you are a general quote also not qualified for the scholarship. For Telangana people, E pass will give scholarship and for Andhra Pradesh people jnana bhumi is allotted
Campus Life :
We will have so many tech fests are conducted in JNTUH and there will be there one annual fest in the year. In March. In my college, this is a big library which is called Central library. It Will consist of so many thousands of books. Amenities in classrooms are just good. sports & extracurricular activities on the campus are so good. The college consists of a big Playground. there are so many clubs in College like the IEEE club, programming club.
Hostel Facilities :
The facilities provided in the room are Wifi, Bed, fans, heater are provided. The quality of the meal is good compared to the private or local hostels outside of the college. The process for hostel registration is simple we should pay 200 rupees at the college bank and hostel loss is allotted. we should check your name on the list.
