Engineering@Aryabhatta College Ajmer

Remarks :

The college seems very good In the field of education. It has all the necessary facilities like world-class infrastructure and equipment, smart classrooms and laboratories, sports centre and hostel facility, transportation facility, high-speed internet and above all discipline. The admissions are taken by REAP counselling based on entrance exam and also direct admission based on 12th boards performance. It offers CE, CSE, EE and ME branches for Bachelors in technology. I preferred this college because of its renowned quality education and placement assistantship.

Course Curriculum Overview :

ACERC offers B.Tech in four branches which are Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. I choose B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering a four yearlong classroom program. All the Faculty members are well qualified. They are able to clear doubts of the students in the classroom itself and make them learn fast with a simple and competitive teaching style. The college also provides good placement assistance to all the students. All the subjects and topics that need a practical approach to understand are explained in laboratories with full equipment available.

Internships Opportunities :

The internship is just fabulous, because from the third year 5th semester you may apply for internships in various companies. The students are trained to make various projects using new and trending technologies like CAD-CAM & Robotics, Designing etc. Also, it helps the bright students undergo paid internships so that they get practical knowledge and also financial help.

Placement Experience :

Training & Placement Cell of the college plays a key role in getting every student placed on good packages accordingly. The average Package is Around 4-5 LPA. And Highest Package which was offered was approx 9-10 LPA. More than 15+ names SSWL, Toshniwal industries, JCB, Suzlon, JK Cement, TATA Group, Innojar, Innolabz, OnGraph Technologies, Dell, Blue Danio Softech etc visit campus for placement drive and hiring process. College helps every student for getting a good job according to the students and their academics. Though I think that the placements and packages mostly depend on the student.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

college charging very reasonable fees Also, there is the provision of One-time payment with a cash discount and the option of payment in installments. college provides various types of scholarships for bright student as well as college provide assistance for all type of govt scholarship.

Campus Life :

Every year in the month of March the college organises an annual fest, annual sport meet. This fest lasts for 7 days in which various activities are held where students get a chance to interact with seniors and showcase their talents in cultural, sports and technical contests. There is a central library in the campus in which there are ample of books for every subject and for competitive exams. College provides good sports facilities like volleyball, basketball, Lawn Tennis, running track, indoor stadium to the student in sports as well as provide a chance to participate in various cultural and technical activities through the year. There are many technical and social clubs run by students to teach other students new technologies like Automobile club, machine learning, artificial intelligence, Robotics, etc.

Placement Experience:

Placements here are good enough. A large number of registered students placed every year but last year due to recession insitute placements dropped down from around 95 percent to 70 percent, and this thing happened in every college even in IIT's. some students got placed but did not accepted the offer due to low CTC. and the average package was also dropped last year. Highest CTC offered was around 50 lpa and average CTC dropped down to 11 LPA from 15 LPA last to last year. There are various companies came to our college including Media.net, D.E. Shaw, BNY MELON, AMAZON, FLIPKART, EAGLEVIEW, ION GROUP, TEKION CORP, SCHLUMBERGER, HONDA CARS, DELOITTE, IBM and many more, number of offers made for 2024 batch was 330 as per the placement cell data. and from 7th semester students are eligible for the campus placements. My only plan is to get a decent placement in a tech company and no further study plans I have.

Course Curriculum Overview:

So basically btech is a 4 year course and there are 8 semester,2 sem for each year. As they need to provide 6 month for each sem according to our calculations but they'll only provide u 4 month for each sem which leads a mental disturbance for students coz there are so many exams in every month of the sem so this is hectic but the examination are not so hard and not so easy and also 75 percent attendance is mandatory for all to sit in exam

As earlier said there is a lot of upper hand in terms of placements if we compared it with other private institutions, BITJ has a very good placement cell especially made for Btech placements students starting from 6th sem onwards sitting in cell visited by many different companies with a lot different package. The average package of BitJ is about 900000, especially for the CSE branch and highest, go upto 30lac more depending on individual skills and qualities and about 80-90 % of students got placing every year and the rest go to higher studies n all.
