Remarks :

I only applied, to St. Anns Degree College. I opted for B.com Computers, and achieving admission in St.anns was very difficult as it was a popular program. The minimum percentage a student should have to be able to apply in the B.com computers program is 85%. No age limit. And I took an early admission, the process isn't very complicated. We need to get a form from the registration office when admissions open. And fill it up and submit the form along with your 12th/ Intermediate mark sheet and bonafide certificate. After submitting them, they would release dates of when they release the first batch of selected students and the second batch in the next few days.

Course Curriculum Overview :

B.com computers have a wide variety of opportunities. The faculty is professional, strict, and very welcoming. The schedule of the upcoming semester would be fixed and followed properly, not a lot of postpones. The exams are conducting in the college itself, as it is Autonomous. On average, almost 70% of the students pass, as this program isn't as difficult as others.

Internships Opportunities :

There are alot of companies, NGOs who come into providing internships. Companies like Delloite to small companies. Im working on an internship in Insplore Consultants, Delhi based company. My internship has 2 projects. Sales in the first one and we can choose HR, Finances, Marketing in 2nd one. This is an online internship (covid and all) and a 2-month duration. I Am expected to submit a report by end of my internship.

Placement Experience :

From the sixth semester, students are eligible for placements. Companies like Delloite, Tech Mahindra, HDFC, Wipro, Genpact, Infosys, Amazon etc visit. The number of students selected depends upon the students and batches. But it varies from 2- 50 students for each company. My plan is to get a placement and get a decent job before I complete my master's.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are two terms per year. It costs 50,000 for one year for B.com computers. For odd (1,3,5) semesters it is 28,000 and for even (2,4,6) semsters it is 22,000. There is a fine if we don't pay on time. For 3 years it's 1,50,000. And examinations fees are different before exams we are expected to pay 1400 ( varies from semesters) on time again and late fee fines for delays. There are scholarships available. There are so many internships provided through college. Stipends are decent and mostly depend on your performance. Job placement is well.

Campus Life :

There is a freshers party in the begging of the year basics conducted in the month of June or July. But due to covid, it was conducted in August or September online. And there is a three-day fest at the end of the year. In December, along with Christmas celebrations. And normal celebrations and fest happen regularly. The library is one of the top library in Hyderabad. Alot of books are available. Open to the public few times too. Sports is also one of the programs, college is known for. As many famous Indian athletes are from.this college like P.V. Sindhu and few more. NCC, NSS and few more clubs are actively run. There is an SQAC group, which is made up of students and every year they are hired by senior SQAC members. SQAC takes care of students and acts like a middle man in between higher faculty and students. Conducts programs, contests, donations and many more.
