Remarks :

The college admission process fully depends on your marks. As it was a Christian college, most sets will be given according. Based on marks, they will be admitted in Aided and Self Financed. but there is no difference. Because the fee for Aided students(Government) will be 17,000 per semester and for self-finance 18,000 per semester. Along with this, we need to pay Lab fees(1600rupees) and lab maintenance(100rupees)exam fees (2000rupees), if they organize a workshop, Conference we need to pay accordingly. It's all for one semester. We have two semesters per year. So, the exam pattern is good but you need to pay more. Even in COVID-19 we writing exam home, paper, pen, data are not provided but still, we need to pay 1890 rupees for the exam. To note: Exam pattern: 1*15=15 5*4=20 marks, 4*10=40 marks

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this college because the syllabus we have in this Pg chemistry is very similar to CSIR-NET. For B.sc the student ratio is 80 per class(Aided) For M.sc the student ratio is 26 per class(Aided). Reg teaching, you are the teacher for yourself. As it was an autonomous class you can expect notes, good teaching, and a good understanding of the concept, but "NO". All these aspects you can train yourself. As we are in covid we have 4 exams per semester. Internal 1 Internal 2 Pre semester Semester. If you are good at problem-solving and strong at basics you can pass easily.

Internships Opportunities :

Yes, there is an opportunity for an internship in our college, especially for the chemistry department. Also, they will allow us to go out and do projects but it's not safe to submit a report to the department. So, if you went somewhere to the big place from a small college when you return just submit a review, not a report.

Placement Experience :

Yes, campus placements are available. From the 5th semester onwards we can work forward. The package is fully based on experience and time management. 60% of people are getting a place at good companies every year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees are too high and if we fail to pay in time the fine exceeds limits. Even if you study well and get high marks, you won't receive any scholarship. But scholarship for some category are available. A campus job interview is available. There is a course called Microsoft, it's compulsory to pay 25000 rupees but only for two to three classes.

Campus Life :

Very good. You can learn many things include the life and thoughts of different people. The library is good and it's open till 9.30 pm at night. There will be too many clubs we can enroll in it. So many cultural events and competitions. Especially they will conduct department function, competition, workshop, and conference but it all limited. We're 80 members in undergraduate, but 5 will get the opportunity to attend the workshops. Reg north Indians' opportunity is very little. They select north Indians just for namesake. They also conduct club activities in a department like cake baking, python, communication development but we need to pay certain amounts.

Hostel Facilities :

Yes, hostel life is good at some hostel around this campus. There were 5 hostels available for girls and they were safe and comfortable. There is a hostel, where they accommodate 20 members in one room. Regarding food: Food is unlimited (Only in some hostel)we need to pay monthly 2000 rupees for the mess apart from hostel fees. The food menu is also quite good.
