Remarks :

After giving GUJCET, you apply to your preferred college through ACPC. You get a list with everyone's names and you apply to the college and if there are seats available you get your admission. The admission process is smooth and you then go to the college to complete the process.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Bachelor of Pharmacy is one of the best and rising fields in our country and a profession that will never die. I'm also interested in clinical research and the discovery of new drugs. We have about 5-6 subjects each semester with 2 teachers for each subject. We have midterms and a sem end with a continuous mode exam in between. Nirma is one of the best universities with good placements and for B. Pharm specifically, it is the 2nd best college in Gujarat.

Class Size : 105Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

IPNU offers internship opportunities for students who are interested. Students have interned at companies such as Zydus and Zydus Cadilla. Students can also take part in Undergraduate Research Council and thus take part in projects.

Placement Experience :

Many pharmaceutical companies come for placement. The average package is about 3-4 lakhs per annum after B. Pharm. The students who opt for placement almost always get placed. Some talented students get a very high placement as well.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee is a bit on the high end but considering the facilities offered and the experience, it is worth it. The fees are hiked slightly every year but it's not that much. Aside from the fees hostel cost is separate. You can avail of the MYSY Scholarship if you qualify for it.

Campus Life :

The campus life is great, this is where Nirma being such a big university comes into play. The whole campus is huge you never get tired of it. There are so many different fests, concerts, exhibitions, sports events, guest lectures, etc. Each Institute has teams for sports and a proper university team that has students from all over the university. There are many different clubs. There are also clubs like NSS and NCC which are really focused upon. The library has all the resources you might need, not just about your subject but other subjects as well.

I choose bachelors of pharmacy because there is a lot of scope in pharmacy even in India. Anyone in foreign countries like USA in Canada and Australia, anyone in Europe countries, I like pretty wide open scope for pharmacy. I selected a Bachelor of Pharmacy in LMCP (LM COLLEGE OF PHARMACY) because the government & first pharmacy college in Gujarat was established in 1947. and also I want to become successful in b.pharm. faculty: students ratio:: 1:5. all faculty have a doctor of philosophy qualification in a particular department. and teaching session was conducted regularly with excellent practical & theory-based studies. in b pharm, there are 8 semesters and each& every semester has 6 month time period.

As day by day the pharmacy field is having a vast scope and also during pandemic India was among the top nations in the production of medicines helped the whole world during the pandemic .So i choose to be in these field . Per subject, there are 3 faculties and the syllabus is divided among themselves. Faculties are highly qualified all are Ph.D. graduates and gold medalists. Term exams are timely held as per the schedule and they are having a good level of questions.

Admission:

Admission to this course depends upon students qualifying the eligibility criteria. They should've cleared their 10+2 with a minimum of 50% with main subjects being physics, chemistry and mathematics/biology.
