Remarks :

I think this college provides the best infrastructure in civil engineering field. The students came from all over the india, most of the students are from jammu and kashmir. The admission starts during the month of june-july, As per my point of view this college is best for only civil engineering courses over the other colleges situated at uttrakhand.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I think the B.tech in civil engineering has a great scope ahead, as i belong from kashmir here the civil enginnering has a great scope in every aspect so i choose only civil engineering over the other courses. The student ratio in our course was about 45, but all the students were not came to the college regularly, so the student ratio decreases to 32, The teachers are well qualified with best teaching experience. I think to pass the exam in uttrakhand Technical University was quite difficult, but the one with hardwork can crack all the hurdles.

Class Size : 35Course Fees : INR 380000 per year

Placement Experience :

From the 6th semester students became eligible for the campus placements. Various companies visited our college that includes, Amazon, Google, Filpkart, Microsoft, and various construction companies. The highest package offered was about 5lakh annually, various students gets placed from our course.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The tution fee in our college was approx 380000, without the hostel fee, the students can get the scholarship provided by the state government schemes. The campus placement is good depends upon the companies that came from the placement.

Campus Life :

The life at the campus us quite good, there are various fests conducted by the college management, that includes the annual fest( VIBGYOR) which is to be held at the month of november. There were the freshers party for the newly students. The library is quite good that includes a lot of journals. The college also provides a sports mela annually.

Admission :

There were no interviews nor any group discussion regarding the admission process. There is no proper criteria for taking the admission, one should have the selected subjects for taking admission in the selected course.

Placement Experience:

From the 4th semester in UG courses and the 3rd Semester in PG courses, the students become eligible for campus placements. Some of the companies that visit colleges are BYJUS, TCS, VIVONE, INFOSYS and many more. The highest package is 16 to 17 lakhs for MBA and b-tech students. 100% placements for every student. My plan after getting a degree is to clear-cat and pursue my MBA.

To be eligible to get admission in our college, first you have to have atleast 45% aggregate in your class 12th exams. After that, there is a merit test, which you have to pass and then, if you get the requisite marks, you will be selected.

Placement Experience:

The college has a placement cell which looks after all this and the placement opportunities are very decent here. Companies like ICICI Bank, Ranbaxy Labarotories ltd, Tech Mahindra come to the campus for placements and provide great packages as well. The college also provides Internships.

Admission:

Shri Guru Ram Rai University was established by religious and philanthropic leader, Shri Mahant Devendra Dass Ji. The admission process for the colleges online offline as well. I applied for it offline. I gave a sum of rupees 500 in the registration counter of the college and fill the application form. Rupees 500 is the registration fee. For online we can download the application form from the College website. for students want to apply for MBA program they may submit the score card of MAT, CAT. We must also attach a copy of 10 + 2 mark sheets Aadhar card Xerox and passport size photograph to the application form.

Placement Experience:

I will college provides best placements in every sector be in science,commerce or Arts. The collage of many courses and insured placements in every field. Students are placed in great companies because of the knowledge gained in our college.

Job opportunities are wide after BBA but if you want more job opportunities then go for MBA. 30+ companies visited in our campus. About 35% students get placement in leading companies with maximum salary package. Our department is best in terms of placement rate, I don't know about rest of the department. The government doon medical College is located in patel nagar of dehradun. Since it has good location students find it easy to purchase their things easily. They don't have to roam here and there for commodities. Faculty members are good. Practicals are conducted by teachers very well. No class is skipped. Time table is strictly followed. The dissection hall, histology lab, clinical labs and all other labs are well maintained. Since it is associated with government doon hospital, students have chances to see patients and learn more during their clinical postings. All the rules of MCI are strictly followed. The fest and other co corricular activities are organised from time to time to balance the stress. Separate boys and girls hostel ( incampus) available. The college is developing and we hope that very soon it will get higher reputation. Recently pg courses in some non clinical subjects has been started. Also paramedical courses has been started from 2019.

Placement Experience:

Jobs are available in this field. After graduation you will have a degree sp you can either open up your own clinical or go for post-graduation or can join any governmental job. Their are plenty of jobs available. You can join railways, or government hospitals. So overall you will have job after completion of graduation

Remarks:

This is a government college. It's the second choice of jee students among the different colleges in Uttarakhand. It's near the THDC project so can get offer of job from the project. This course mechanical engineering is all related to physics and maths in which I had a keen interest.

Placement Experience:

The college take care of placements and jobs. The companies come frequently. The average package is about 7-8 lakhs. Recently subham nautiyal got a package of 8 lakh. There are several alumini meets organised by college.

Admission:

After completion of my 10+2 with chemistry, physics and maths i applied online for MBBS curriculum in this college. I had to appear for the NEET entrance exam followed by counselling based on which i was offered the Curriculum.

Placement Experience:

Placement is quite good in our college, many government clinics make their way to our college for pool hiring , our seniors were placed with handsome packages in reputed hospitals.Internship is must for one year of duration.

M.Sc. in wildlife science is an entrance base course and candidate can apply both online and offline for the exam. A candidate has to attempt for NET exam and if your name is in the list then college will call you for the Personality Aptitude Test and Interview. Basically the NET test is a 2-hour duration of MCQ exam, which includes around 100 marks question paper and topics include General Awareness including Current Affairs, Quantitative Skills, English Language and Computer knowledge.
