Remarks :

First of all, I applied to counsel and tried for IFET engineering college and some other good colleges with good placement and the companies came there to hire will be good companies. No, I didn't avail any quota because I'm from Tamil Nadu but studying at Pondicherry University so no quotas are applicable. No, I applied for counseling but not attended it and I admitted to college via management quota.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I'm electronics and communication engineering I chose it because it's a course with both hardware and software content in it and it has a huge scope in placement. My faculty is quite good and all are well qualified and fitted for their jobs and some of them are doctorates (Ph.D.) holders The teaching method is much and good enough to understand and implement. In a regular interval gap of one month, they conduct internal tests if you've listened and focused in classes. It's quite easy to pass

Class Size : 48Course Fees : INR 85000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

I think no company is giving internships and no stipends are given by them. Maybe our college Will recommend us to go for internships. Some projects will be done and they will be shown to companies and inside our college.

Placement Experience :

From the 5th semester, students become eligible for the placement. TC, ZOHO, CTS, WIPRO, ETC, and lot more companies coming and much more offers are provided. 80% of students are getting placed. To get placed in a good company.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No, I'm from management quota so I didn't know much about it. But my fee structure is good enough to pay for what they taught us. I've not started with placement so not much known about that. The fees they are asking for the program are good and they are Collecting many other course fees.

Campus Life :

It happens with a fest named "Mitilence" it happens at the month of February it's an enjoyable one and it will be conducted for two days as technical and non-technical many other college students are coming to our campus for participate. There are many clubs like cultural club ,technical club,etc..

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of my course is pretty easy to cope up with , so that u get more time to prepare for other exams. Curriculum is prepared in such a way that it makes u ready to appear for gate and other similar exams. Provide more technical knowlegde related to subjects mentioned in the gate syllabus. There are 2 class test exams and then one final semester exam.

National institute - advantages and disadvantages

Placement Experience:

The college gives good placements for mostly all of the branches and you can get an average package of 12 lakh per annum. Getting a placement in civil might be difficult unless you study hard and do some good internships. Mechanical and computer science has good placements compared to other branches
