I have applied for Jadavpur university and also Kalyani govt. Engeenering college. But due to wbjee high rank, I didn't get the opportunity. I got RCC INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY college. Through my sc quota on wbjee counseling. I have got this college through wbjee counseling. My wbjee marks would be 30 and my general rank is 35000 and my sc quota rank is 3820. And my age is 18. The wbjee counseling Process is pretty well. I got RCCIIT college in my 1st counseling. The counseling process. Occurred with various stages and rounds. Full counseling should take a maximum of More than 30 days. But I have got. This college in the 1st round.

Course Curriculum Overview :

ECE cource is my dream couse.And my passion is in Engineering education. I want to learn more about Electronic media and technology, also robotics by the days...that is why I choose this course. our college Faculty members are so good. They always help. Any time they clear our doubt... As soon as possible. If some days our they would not be able to teach us. Then they organized extra classes for us.. This is pretty good. The Faculty members are well educated..and their teaching method awesome.. Like listing, speaking, and learning. They always want interactive classes from students. The Semester exam should be 3 hours. And also Class tests are there. It was not so difficult to pass out the exam.. If u go through the books carefully... Then u should automatically pass out.

Class Size : 120Course Fees : INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There are many companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS that offered an internship with a stop Ed of a maximum of 10000 rs. Personality Analysis Based on Social Media Data. Also, many other projects were done by our college.

Placement Experience :

After completing the 3rd semester. Through the running of 4th year. Students should eligible for campus Placements. Infosys TCS Cognizant Haxware Technologies PWC global ids etc. Total 52 numbers companies are visited our college. The government moreover 100 offers. In the previous year, it should be the highest pack of 8lakh by Infosys. And average package should be a maximum 4 to 4.5 lakh rs per annual. In the previous year, the percentage should be less than 65% due to the covid situation. From the ECE department, 55 students got placed out of 80 students. I wanted to do a job in a big company after getting my degree.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is pretty high for those who have no TFW quotas.1st year it should be more than 1 lakh. And then it should be avg. Of 80000 rs. But in the TFW quota it seems pretty well. The 1st-year fee should be 30000 or less. But comparing with others Under Makaut college. It should be lower. There are many types of scholarships for students. Who has come from middle-class families? The scholarship lives swami Vivekanand scholarship and.

Campus Life :

The annual festival of our college-like.Rcc Tech fest, Carni bell, Rcc cultural festival.. Etc. It should be occured in the month of December. You will find out various types of books. And also it was in large numbers also. It should be more than 50000 books in our Library. Accelerate learning with differentiated learning paths for each student with Classroom. A free tool helping educators easily manage and deliver performance. We could play many types of games on our college campus. Like football, cricket, table tennis, carrom and moreover. Also, we have the opportunity to play tournaments and also play for a college team. also, We have the Rcc Rotaract club. For coding and Also extra carry cular activities like drawing, traditional Dancing and also singers.

The most honest and unbiased review of IIEST Shibpur

Placement Experience:

Students from 7th semester onwards are elegible for campus placements. Some of the companies that visits for placements are Google, microsoft, amazon, pwc, TI, accenture, PPEL, etc. A total of 920 recruiters were there which offered 753 offers to the students and out of them around 75-78% were placed. The highest placement package was offered by microsoft for 51 lpa as PPO to 14 students and the role was IDC. The average package is around 7.5 lpa. I am planning to appear in GATE exam and go for masters in IITs after completion of my degree where i will be persuing my further studies in transportation engineering.

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester onwards companies are coming to visit in our colleges . You will give exams in four phases that are coding , technical, aptitude and after qualifying all simple interview would be taken . Just develop your skills then surely you will get job . Highest package is about 10 lakh per annum and average is about 5 to 6 lakh per annum. The percentages of getting placed are about 60 to 70 percent . Just keep in mind that choose any language like c ++ , java , python and become pro into it . You will definitely get job .

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.Tech in CSE is future proof and a very good course for IT sector jobs and I was always excited working in these companies, that's why I choose the course. There are 10-12 faculties present in every department. Each faculty is M.Tech qualified and Drs. Their teaching quality is very good. 4 internal theory and 2 Lab exams happen each semester. The questions are standard, regular, and sincere students can easily pass.

One of the good colleges.

Remarks:

As seeing the college from outside i expected each room tobe AC but unfortunately it's not during the summer days it's pretty hot in the top floors but it's bearable canteen food items are cheap in respect to outside and wifi isn't free and I hate that.
