Remarks :
Addmission Process is in such a way that candidate have to report at date given by college. Then document verification goes on for few minutes. Then the counselor tell the student and parent about the course, branch ( opted by student ) , college, etc. and then finally student have to pay the first sem. Fees .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I opted ECE because of my interest, and also it is an all in one branch , i.e. , by this you can go in government sector , such as, DRDO, BEL, PSU's, etc.,as well as private like wise your campus placement. Faculty Student Ratio is 1:60.
Internships Opportunities :
HP offerd internship with stipend of in 7th sem. itself. Projects are compulsory to do if you are aiming to get an job from college placements, It plays a very important role in your C.V. or Resume and also in interview. HR will always question to candidate about its project. So be prepared .
Placement Experience :
Student become eligible for campus placement from 6th sem. Onwards. This Year 1882 students were placed in 76 companies . Some of them are, HP , BYJU's , Xebia, L&T, TCS, Accenture, Infosys, Deloitte, etc. avg. Pakage was around 3.8 - 4.2 lac per annum. Highest Pakage was 12.5 lac per annum by HP. Percentage of students get selected was around 85 - 90 % . My plans after getting degree was to secure a job from placement , but as a side plan I have to prepare for some govt. Exams.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees is 77000 per year , which we have to pay in two installments of 38500/ Semester or in every 6 months . There is an scholership named TFWS( Tution Fee Waiver Scheme) for students on the basis of merit, i.e., Only 5% of students from each branch are selected for this scholershp, If an student was selected for this scholershp then the fees for the student will be 11500 per Year, Instead of 77000/year. No financial assistance .
Campus Life :
Campus Life is OK. Not so good.2 grounds are available , but no equipments, eg. If you want to play cricket or football , then you have to carry you own bat , ball , football, etc. There were may social groups , such Atrangi , Suhasini, Aashayen, J-Sid, J-Techtrix, Khalas, etc.There is an spiritual research cell also in the campus. There were some groups who works for charity , eg. Aashayen is group( blood donation ) for blood needy people, another group which donate clothes, food, for poor beople, roadside people. There are many sites which are runned by students itself ,like 4Fox, ED Apply, etc. There is an robot made by 3rd year students named as Gyani.
