Remarks :

This college provides the best placement of any other colleges in Jharkhand. The college building is in a very bad situation however the teachers are very supportive and nice. One needs to carry the allotment letter along with anti ragging affidavit and required documents and admission charge as a demand draft. I preferred this college for placement as advised by my Uncle.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose metallurgy because it has better placement than any other platform as tata steel is in Jamshedpur. Our faculty is quite experienced and supportive. Some of them are IIT's some are Btech and all have experience of the job. The exams are quite easy and a good student can pass very easily.

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 5000 per year

Placement Experience :

The college is best for its placements of students. It is the best college in Jharkhand as it provides almost 80% placement. The only stream which gets less placement is CSE. However, Wipro and many other companies also visit for them. JSW AMNS YOKOHAMA TATA POWER and many other companies visit here for the campus. Each year almost all students get their placement. The students are eligible for campus after the 4th semester.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Since it is a government college so it's different for categories, it is 1600 per year for general. The only scholarship allowed here is e-Kalyan. Many companies like AMNS JSW tata motors and many low grade company visit our college for campus

Campus Life :

The annual fest is fresher's party farewell party and sometimes some activities are also done. There is a playground but the college don't organise any sports. Books are easily available in the library. Any book for any discipline is available there. One can take the book and study that for as long as they want.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel is quite big and in very good condition. Also, a new 5 star restaurant type hostel is ready but is not allotted yet. Don't know will it be allotted. There is no ragging issue here. Everyone gets their personal chair study table bed and rack. The mess is private and one has to pay for it. The charge of the hostel is 1000 per year.

My college review by ex student.

Placement Experience:

5th semester to 6th-semester students was eligible for campus selection. The highest average package was 150000 per annum at that time. Like Yamaha auto profile etc. were coming for giving placement approx 60-70 placement were made yearly. Student above 75% can get a placement if they pass the interview. I was always keen forward towards automobile field and technical works.

Government polytechnic adityapur review

Placement Experience:

After the 5th sem, you'll be eligible for the placement. Many core companies visit our campus like TATA POWER, TATA STEEL, JINDAL STEEL, ADITYA MITTAL NIPPON STEEL, CEAT, L&T. Average package is around 3 LPA. In Electrical almost more than 50% of the batch gets placed every year. This time in my junior batch 18 of them was placed in TATA power out of a batch of 50.

The college with the best placements

Placement Experience:

The placement of GPA is excellent with an average of 80% to 85% of students placed in MNCs every year. Some of the companies are L&T, TATA Power, Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel and JSPL. The highest package offered is 5 Lakh per annum and the average is about 2.6 to 2.8 Lakh per annum.

Best Polytechnic College of Our Jharkhand, Government Polytechnic Adityapur

Placement Experience:

My planned is to get placement in a good companies like TATA Steels ,Jindal Steels etc, and also preparing for government jobs SSS JEE,RRB JEE NTPC and others .And also preparing for other government jobs.

Postive points of the college are its infrastructure, Labs , Proper drinking water etc. There are 2 canteens where we can get food , drinks, and basic needs. Quality of food in these canteeens are also good. There is less negative points which could be neglected.
