Remarks :
To be a student of SRM you just need to have 60%above in CBSE or any equivalent exam. There will be a test conducted for all applicants. Those who get selected will be having an interview. Scholarship- There are many types of scholarships available. For economically backward 25%to 100% scholarship can be given. If a student is meritorious he can get up to 75% of the scholarship. There is the option of 100% scholarship for state toppers of CBSE or any district Board. So, I got a 100% scholarship. I prefer this college over others because this has a beautiful structure with the wide variety of courses are available it is one of the world's leading universities. SRM AP has a diverse pool of students. At SRM AP 75% of faculty have international exposure. There are also options to pursue a minor or some specialization. It has a vibrant campus life. SRM institute ensures a ragging-free campus. You will get free Wifi and you can get ac room/nonac as you desire.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose B.A Hons ( history). I had a great faculty as Malavika Binny is an assistant professor of the history department in SRM Amravati. She was awarded her doctorate in May 2019 from the Centre for Historical Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University. She was the recipient of the prestigious Elamkulam Kunjan Pillai Young Historian Prize instituted by the Kerala History Congress in 2017. Another professor is our Maanvendra sir who was a public policy scholar at the Hindu. He completed his Ph.D. from the Department of History at the Central University of Sikkim, Gangtok in 2018. SRM AP has a ratio of 1:4 as of Teacher and student. There will be a total 2semester in a year before each semester you will have 2more exam and some assignment which will be considered as CLA sometimes. Exam level can be a little tricky. You need to study extra apart from lectures.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are very helpful for individuals they help in building CVs that will help in placement. SRM AP provides various types of internships the first and foremost internship is a Summer Internship from 6 to 8 weeks long and many students prefer to do it as this provides insight into future work experience. There is a term PPO pre-placement offer in which students are given the opportunity to work as employees before final placement based on those PPO the alot jobs to students. Companies that are offering internships at SRM AP are like Coca-Cola ICF ka romaco Shakti Tech Technology Aurobindo Aspire ONGC flex UN school Thermax,lifetech , ICF ,GSPANN.

The recruiters shortlist the best young talent who are enthusiastic, devoted to learning, and brimming with fresh and creative ideas. Renowned companies which conduct placement of offer in SRM AP are Amazon, Infosys,, health RX, Amdocs walmartlabs and many more. Till now only one batch has passed from SRM AP but we are having a very good placement as in the first batch the companies which came were like Google, Wipro in Amazon waiting for everyone's bright future studying in SRM AP.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Currently, I have got a 100% scholarship in SRM AP. For tuition fees and hostel to scholarship is given on various basis. If you are a state topper of any state exam for the CBSE Board will be given a hundred percent scholarship. If you are economically weak then you will be given upto 75% scholarship in maximum. As I got 93% in my boards so as per scholarship norms 100% tuition fee waiver is awarded for the candidate who scored 90% and above in the relevant subjects. Brilliant students of SRM AP have landed up with excellent jobs. Amazon and PayPal are the most famous among them. Infosys, Health rx, sabre corporation, barclays , coviam technology, Walmart labs, standard chartered are few famous companies who hire young talents of our nation. 6.35LPA. Campus Life :
Recently SRM AP has organized a hackathon as a tech fest and if you want to join any club at SRM you are a good place. SRM provides a variety of of opportunities to students for joining the clubs. Graduate students, postdocs, and faculty are eligible for 24-hour access to the Science Library. There will be a variety of books in the SRM Library. When it comes to classroom learning happens everywhere in the classroom out of the classroom. SRM AP provides a cutting-edge research facility. When it comes to sports in SRM AP they provide basketball volleyball badminton and even an Athletic Ground they also have a football playground soccer ground cricket ground ever have yoga rooms. Students will be encouraged to participate in national international level games. The class will be totally Air conditioning.
Hostel Facilities :
If you want me, hosteller, for that you have to fill a form that will be provided at the student portal the rooms that will be provided on the basis of how much money is spent there will be an AC and non AC will provide you a bed and a covered with assertible balcony. There are many hostels and the names are like Godavari Krishna Yamuna Ganga. The booking of the bed that you want to choose will be on a first come first serve basis. When it comes to meals they take 6500/year. Food quality is medium because when you are from the north and you have to come to the south for studying you will not be getting chapatis as regular food you may get some time. Even SRM arranges Transport from Vijayawada to Guntur the charges would be 40000 /year.
Interview Experience :
To be true for me there was no interview because I got some type of scholarship from my school but if you are going to take admission in SRM AP you will have to give a test and then there will be an interview. Interviews are very simple they will just ask you 4 to 5 questions in that they will ask about your subject and some subject-related questions they may even ask about why you prefer this university. There will be nothing difficult to be asked from you, there is no need to prepare very hard for that it's very simple , just to be confident and give the interview
