Remarks :

It is one of the best government engineering colleges in West Bengal. Because of being purely government funded, it has substantially less fees for respective courses and qualified teachers. It has a huge green campus, pollution free environment. There is a large number of awesome alumni currently in various big positions.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I am just in second year; so can't tell about placement or industrial exposure. But in my experience the course syllabus is strictly followed from MAKAUT which is moderately good. Faculties are very qualified and have a lot of knowledge in their respective fields. Most of them had many research papers published in prominent magazines.

Class Size : 56Course Fees : INR 52000 per year

Placement Experience :

Mostly TCS, Cognizant, Wipro are available during bulk campus placements. But some students also get placed in Google and Microsoft through off-campus. A large number of students opt out for MTech or MBA and go for further studies. Some of them also placed at ISRO and DRDO.

College Events :

The annual fest is named here as Espectro. The technical and cultural festivals have name here Tectix and Exotica respectively. Every year very renowned singers are used to welcomed as special guest in our fest. There are numerous competitions held throughout a 4 day series of festivals.

Very appropriate college for all kind of students !! I recommend it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.Tech in CSE is future proof and a very good course for IT sector jobs and I was always excited working in these companies, that's why I choose the course. There are 10-12 faculties present in every department. Each faculty is M.Tech qualified and Drs. Their teaching quality is very good. 4 internal theory and 2 Lab exams happen each semester. The questions are standard, regular, and sincere students can easily pass.

Remarks:
