Remarks :

I have learnt many thing at IILM. I was a student of science background and for me to cover economics and accounts was a challenge but iilm teaches me one thing that if you have came for management course you will develop managing things easily. Proud to be an IILMite. It is best b-schools for those who are searching colleges after MAT examinations.

Entrance Preview :

I have given MAT and looking for good colleges of MAT in Delhi/NCR and having 22yrs of experience in 2013, I chose IILM Greater Noida as my preference for new journey of life.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course materials are from Harvard Business School and College is also following some best b-schools curriculum in the campus like yale school of Management, IIM Ahmedabad and Bangalore Case studies. In first year we have general pgdm because college knows that graduates are from different background so they focus on all aspects of management and in second year we choose our electives. I have taken Marketing and HR as my specializations and has vast no. of electives like Brand Management, Consumer Behavior, Retailing, CRM, Business at the Base of Pyramid, Marketing of Services , E-commerce in Management and many more. In HR I had electives named Compensation, ERP, Employees Relation and Labor Laws , Managing Change, Power & Influence, Moral Leaders etc.

Internships Opportunities :

Our colleges has tie-ups with more than 120+ Companies for internship and final placement also I had done my internship in Aditya Birla-Grasim as a Market Researcher. companies like Evaluserve, E&Y, Godrej, Copal Amba, Whirlpool, Athena HR, Shopper's Stop, Pepsi, Amazon and many more came to campus.

Placement Experience :

There are 120 seats in our batch and out of 120, 100 are placed. Average Package in our Batch was 6lpa and highest was 12lpa with Landmark Group. I was Placed at Ziffi.com with a package of 5.40lpa. Companies coming to Campus: Naukri, Deloitte, Grail RESEARCH, COPAL AMBA, WHIRLPOOL, GODREJ, 99 ACRES.COM, SHOPPERS STOP, ATHENA HR, ZENITH OPTIMEDIA, DENSTU, OXIGEN, AMAZON,E&Y, EVALUSERVE, KPMG, GENPACT, XL DYNAMICS, LANDMARK, AND MANY MORE. CHECK AT iilmedu/placements.

Campus Life :

Life inside the campus is very cool as all are allowed to be together till 11 in the night and girl/boy ratio is still bend more towards boy out of 120 only 30 are girls and rest are boys there are workshops and seminars conducted at a fixed intervals of time and also credits are being associated with it so we had to be there as it will give pass/fail to a student's result. There are students from Bihar, Jharkhand, MP, UP, UK, Maharasthra, Delhi, WB, Orissa, Haryana etc so the campus is very diverse and good to see people of all race, religion, caste works together without having any discriminations. There are debate club, cultural club, E-Cell that conducts many events.

Exam Structure :

2 years was jam-packed as we have slot systems there are 12 slots in 2 years and that had really turned us an effective manager everyday there are lots of case studies, sleepless nights, power point presentations, last minute submissions and loading case at midnight there are mid terms inserted in between and each slot is of 1 and half months so true year was really hectic.

Admission :

After Getting calls from no. of colleges and No. of Consultants, I got a call letter for GD/PI from IILM Greater Noida and the best thing is they are not chasing you, instead if you are interested you have to go through proper GD/PI round and then they will mail your selection letter if you are selected for their program.

Faculty :

The Best thing about the programme is Mentoring in which every individual is getting a faculty to whom he/she can interact to anytime. Most of the faculties are either Phd's Holders or from IIM's or having a great corporate experience. They are very supportive and strict at the same time. we enjoy reading here.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd semester of the course, students become eligible for final placements. ISAB is maintaining 100% final and summer internship placements since its inception and we are looking forward to maintaining the record. The placement cell is very active and supports students in their campus placement ventures.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course of agribusiness because like after BSc in agriculture you can go for MSc in agriculture or MBA in agribusiness. I don't want to prepare for Ph.D. in the government sector so there is a better scope of an MBA in the private sector rather than an MSc in agriculture. Another reason for doing MBA is placement. The placement ratio of MBA students is better than m.sc students and salaries are also good. Another reason is in the private sector and MBA degree holders will get better promotions than average MSc degree holders. On my campus, there are 46 students in MBA agribusiness and 7 to 80% of them will surely get a minimum package of 350000 and a maximum package of 8 lacs. The guest faculty of MBA agribusiness is quite good. There are some teachers who are not as good as others but there is a 100% guarantee of course completion. Semester exams are not quite easy or too difficult if you will focus a little bit on your studies you will easily get pass. Semester exams are delayed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The trimester exam was there and it is pretty difficult to pass and have very good projects to work on plus the faculty is very good for finance. I am fortunate to be here. All the faculty is doctorate who are teaching plus have a very wide range of practical experience and links at big companies. The faculty is approachable. The college is very regular in respect of course and exam schedule. The course provides in-depth knowledge and exposure to students to real-life problems.

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for internships in any semester but for jobs, they are eligible by their end year only. Companies like Wipro, Paytm, Byjus, HSBC bank, Amazon visits the campus in the management department and almost 65 percent of the students get internship easily based on their skills. And for jobs, the highest package in management was 12 lakhs per annum and the average is 4 to 5 lakhs per annum.
