Remarks :

Several of my studied in this college and they have given a very good feedback about the college. Also the college is good in providing jobs and placements. Also the mode of communication is good from my house to college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The college is very strict regarding the syllabus. Syllabus is already completed before the semester exams also then doubt classes are separately arranged. There is lab examination before the semester.

Course Fees : INR 332000 per year

Placement Experience :

Job placement is excellent in our college. Also several other coaching classes such as banking, CAT, UPSC classes are also organised by the colleges free.

College Events :

Our college has a very huge campus. It will take a complete day or two to visit the whole campus. Beside engineering several other degrees are also provided. The laboratories in our college are all equipped with modern instruments.

Review of IEM Kolkata, a strict Engineering College.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for the placements after the sixth semester. The companies that generally visit us for placements are TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, Oracle, IBM and some other ones. The highest package offered through last years is 22 Lacs Per Annum and on average it is 4-5 LPA. 90% students on average get placed Every year. My plans after getting the Degree is to pursue Freelancing Full Time and Become a Web Designer.

Good Placements

Placement Experience:

We become eligible from the later part of the third year to sit for the placements as the companies arrive then. Mainly placements are dependent on service-based companies like TCS, CTS, Wipro e.t.c. who mass recruits a whole lot of students with standard 3.5 to 4 LPA packages. Product-based companies like Oracle, Amazon, and trilogy too visited the campus. Oracle recruited a few of the candidates, Amazon too but nobody could clear the trilogy's OA rounds. Oracle offered a package of 15lpa and Amazon around 22 LPA. But a lot of students applied off campus and the highest placement off campus was 72 LPA in Google. The placement percentage is nearly 100% which is mainly due to the fact of service-based companies. I too am interested in IT jobs so am preparing for the same.
