Remarks :

I have always wanted to be a part of the hotel management program given my passion for good food and service. I chose IHM Bhopal since it was nearer to my home along with being a government institution.

Course Curriculum Overview :

It was very informative and compatible with current hotel and tourism industry. Faculties were inclined towards a more holistic development of students than just following an academic calendar. All over it was good

Course Fees : INR 300000 per year

Placement Experience :

Very good. The placement cell is very active and has numerous connections with big brands such as Oberoi Marriott Taj Leela etc. Training and development department heads are very helpful and wants the best for students

College Events :

It was real fun. WeÕve had lots of extra-curricular and intra-curricular activities. Competitions like debate and cocktail making were very often. Most of the time we spent preparing for these cultural programmes which made friendships stronger and made us more confident of ourselves

Campus Life :

Slightly unorganised and not upto date. The library was small and used very occasionally. No sports ground in the college campus but all the sports were conducted on a nearby ground and college hostels. All three kitchens were enough to make us learn to cook basics. Not advanced

Campus Placement of this college is very good means 95% oif the students were placed. from 6th semester you'll able to get placed but i recommend to complete the studies. Companies visited in Infosys, TCS, Wipro etc. 95% of Students were placed from the campus selection. i'll planning for the campus selection from the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses college offers are so much relavent and could be so much helpful to earn by yourself or to get a job. It offers basic courses like chemistry, physics, biotec, microbio, computer science to some very rare courses like forensic science, organic farming, cybersecurity, horticulture, seed development, mushroom cultivation, NCC, NSS, and many more. They just lack of extra activities like organising events, college tours, internship programmes etc.

The important part Placements, so in Prestige students are available for placement from the 3rd semester and the college is also having a pre-decided time slot for the internship and a fix time duration. around 250+ companies visits the campus the highest package is 13 LPA which is offered by Federal Bank and the average package is 5.5 LPA, companies from finance, marketing, IT, Manufacturing approach the campus for the placements, around 80 % of the students get the placement from the campus. I am working in PhonePe as a Key Account Manager corrently and looking for other good oppurtunities.
