Remarks :

I will highly recommend the college as it is one of the most known engineering and masters program courses in Kanpur city. It was recommended to me by my one close friend's brother who has completed MBA (Masters of Business Administration) from KIT itself. KIT is located on the main road at a wide area, the infrastructure is very huge, you will meet security at the entrance of the gate and they will take to Admission cell directly where all your queries will be resolved. At the time of admission they also make you visit the whole college campus which is very good effort from the college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I took admission in MCA as it is my field of interest from the beginning. Faculty of KIT is highly educated, most of them are Ph.D professionals and very supportive. AKTU course id good if you are a good student. One rule is very strict for the students which is good also that 75 % attendance is required to appear in internal examinations which college conducts.

Internships Opportunities :

Internships are offered to the students from the initial stage since the enroll in the course which is a great for fast learning and development.

Placement Experience :

Campus placement is very good as big brands come and hire the students on a good payscale. Mostly every student of my batch got placed from the college. Placement Cell also provide training to face the interview and focus on the development of the personality of the student.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees of the college is low as compared to other colleges who add extra charge and the facility is also not given by them. You can also take admission based on scholarship schemes.

Campus Life :

College life is super cool, Many sports events and maximum two big fest every year is organised by the college which is very great , students can also participate in them. Course books are available in library you do not have to go anywhere to buy books. Moreover, faculty of the college provides hand written notes directly to students through a photocopy setand mail both so that they do not suffer any issue.

Interview Experience :

In my year there was no such process, i took admission based on my good graduation percentage. I scored a good percentage and I was also interested in taking admission directly as an individual choice.

Placement Experience:

If the course is of 2 years, then you will be eligible for placement from the 2nd year itself but there should not be any backlog in any subject, Mostly companies from Gurgaon, Noida and Delhi side come more and Till now the highest package is of 80lpa and every type of company comes here like technical, sales and medical and other as well as govt, Only around 40% of students get placement, I have to prepare for placement after getting the degree.

Students become eligible for campus placements in the 3rd semester as MCA is a 2 years programme from 2020. Wipro, TCS, Adobe, Honda, Hero, Indiamart, Byjus, Compro etc. more than 100 offers are made for the students. The highest package offered is 5.5 lacs per annum and the average package is 3.5 lacs per annum. 80-85% of students get placed. My plan is to get a job in a reputed Multinational Company after completion of my programme.
