Remarks :

Thapar is a name in itself in punjab,moreover it ranked as 23rd in NAA list for the year 2019, next it was one of the top class engineering institutions in my region. As for the course i wanted engineering as i wanted to learn how to make gadgets and tools used and also make certain inventions. As for option computer science, it was my parents and God's own choice

Course Curriculum Overview :

As per computer science the curriculum is good but not excellent, there could have been a more thorough learning of the languages as well as concepts. Also other aspects of computer science like web dev are missing.aAlso practical exposure is very less

Class Size : 200Course Fees : INR 2500000 per year

Placement Experience :

They say many companies including bajaj, infotech, Microsoft visit out college, there is a cut-off according to the package based upon the Cgpa of the student, students are nervous as here too is competition and one needs to give tests

College Events :

There are many events and fests in this university, including tff, saturnalia. They are fun and as per my knowledge outsiders other than students of invited colleges participating in the events are not allowed. They are fun and filled with extravaganga. We can participate in the events

Campus Life :

The infrastructure is good, we have most sports facilities and a swimming pool, there are coaches available for most of the sports. Notable sports are basketball, badminton, swimming, football, volleyball, cricket and handball. Wifi is available in the lecture halls as well as in the hostel and in almost all of the campus. Labs are good but can be improved.the library has 4 storeys and is filled with many many books

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel infrastructure is good, there are good washrroms, cleaning service on daily day available, mess is fine and also there is laundry service where they clean and iron our clothes. Also there is night canteen in the hostel itself from where u may buy and have snacks till 12 am

Hostel Fee : INR 20000 per year

From 4th semester students are eligible for placements. Tcs , Wipro , Amazon come and they give 1000+ opportunities. Tcs offers average package of 8 lakhs and highest is 16 lakhs for a pg passout. 98% students get placed. A corporate job would be my honest plan

Dream college for students who wants better future.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester student become eligible for campus placements. More than 800+ companies visit our campus for placement some of the companies name are Microsoft, mahindra, TCS etc. The highest package of the campus is 54 lacs and average is 7.5 lacs There is 100 percent placement ratio in our college those who are eligible for placement. After getting degree my plan is to take good campus placement .

My college is the best

Placement Experience:

Placement provided by our college is so much nd of 100% percentile means if you are here you will surely get your job with no doubt. But for this, you have to work hard and study and qualify for the interview well. The highest average package provided by our college is 50 lakh per annum and the lowest of 10 lakh per annum. Almost all students got placement but somehow some left due to their ineligibility. After my BBA degree, I will move forward for MBA. Because that's my only dream and if my college got me placed then I will pursue my job.

Remarks:

Apeejay has a small but good infrastructure with free Wi-Fi. Medical facilities are available and the classrooms are good. Moreover, the college has a hostel facility also. They also promote games and sports activities every year. Apeejay also motivates the students to participate more and more in various fields so that students can improve themselves. The only issue is the small infrastructure.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are good. our senior named Kiran got selected in TCS, and our seniors got selected in Smart Data, Promtix, Wipro, Google, etc. For internships, students got selected. Some students got selected while studying. It's nice to study here, and I hope that I might get placed in TCS or any other company.

Remarks:

This college is known as center of excellence that made my mind to come here for my studies. As i can see there are teaching staff with high qualifications and experience which is obviously good for students to get more and more knowledge. The infrastructure of this college is also very good. There is hostel facility for girls. Also this college has many courses which is too good for students to take admission in.

Placement Experience:

I don't know much about it. But every year 4-5 companies visit our college to take interviews. I don't know the names of those companies but they provide each and every information about the job profile that one can do after their completion of course.

Remarks:

Personal interst as well as the company of my friend are the two most important factors which drove me to take admission in any one of the IISER. My friend and I both have IAT and both were able to qualify and after that we both choose IISER Pune and by coincidence both were offered IISER MOHALI and we freeze the option and both of us come here to pursue our further studies.

Placement Experience:

Students get easily admission in world famous University for their PhD program. Students do inten during their summer break in various universities like IITs and IISc etc. Students do teaching job after their degree. Some go for MBA also.
