Course Curriculum Overview :
The PG program had it's roots from the UG program therefore, I was familiar with almost all the subjects. Of course, there were new subjects introduced in the curriculum. One of the subjects that I enjoyed exploring was the philosophy of religion.
Placement Experience :
I don't remember having any recruitment process or any training schedule. Nor do I remember any internship ideas shared by the university with their students. I looked about internships online but, managed to get one only during summer vacations as it was difficult to do them if college studies.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
One of the key benefits of the University was it's inexpensive fee. The total fees of a year was Rs. 11,600/- which was very feasible. My parents were glad to pay such a small amount for my education.
Campus Life :
I was a position holder in National Service Scheme Society. I managed it to get the position after working on various kinds of projects. Not limited to one, I pulled off many projects under the society. Due to my sheer hardwork and dedication, I finally became the NGO Coordinator.
Alumni/Alumna :
Some many famous intellects have passed out from the University who do join in for a guest lectures and talks with the students. However, when I required help from the alumni, they were too busy to help.
Admission :
Although the admission process is a long step affair, my admission procedure was simple for my PG course. As the number of applicants were less than the number of seats for the entrance exam, my admission was on the basis of marks obtained in bachelor's degree. My final scores were well accepted by the University so, I easily arranged the documents and got admission.
Faculty :
There were tentatively 6 professors for the course however, only one had permanent designation. Although, they had refined knowledge about their specialization but, the professors don't support any leniency for deadline for assignments and projects.
