Anjali's Review On Bharati Vidyapeeth Yashwantrao Chavan Law College, Karad

Course Curriculum Overview :

The classes are conducted in a very systematic manner and staff do not confine only to law books but also expose the students to social realities. Seminars , workshops are also conducted to impart practical learning.

Placement Experience :

The placements are not that good as compared to other universities. Kpmg and other companies come every year but recruits only a fraction of students and that too at a very low package which is around INR 35,000 per month. However, internship opportunities are provided.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The total fees of the course is only 6000 for 3 years which is very much cheap as compared to other law colleges. The structure is designed in such a manner so that even students belonging to lower class families can afford it.

Campus Life :

A number of events are organised such as MUNs, Moot competitions, quiz contests, debates, cultural fests, annual fest etc. Keeping in mind the cultural and regional diversity, all the festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm and ardour.

Admission :

Admissions are made on the basis of MH-CET-Law score followed by counselling conducted by DTE, Maharashtra. Minimum eligibility for LLB is a graduation degree from any recognized university. Total number of seats are 80.

Faculty :

Faculty is very experienced and renowned. They are affable and supportive. They teach with great enthusiasm and zeal. All the professors are regular. All the teachers have studied from top colleges. They try to make students aware of the current issues.

Remarks:

No entrance exams are needed to take admission in SP college, Chandrapur. Students doing plain 11th - 12th have the best opportunity for their career as they have to score good marks in 12th boards.

Placement Experience:

SP college, Chandrapur ranks average in case of placements. As less companies come for the placements. Students are placet at Infosys and Wipro.
