Course Curriculum Overview :
Biophysical Chemistry and Cell biology along with genetics were some of the courses in my curriculum of this bachelor's degree. I spent much time in the library for the final exams which were held every semester and several internal exams along with the mock test.
Placement Experience :
As this was an undergraduate course, the student got very minimal opportunities for the job as the interviewers hired the students with more academic experience. But, as the course focused on research-orientation, we had internship chances at reputed firms and meanwhile several projects to do willingly for overall growth.
College Events :
The college had motivational events such as internal and university quality assurance, entrepreneurship development, and assistance. Women forum and women empowerment event at the main campus and also some academic membership clubs for the students and few for the faculties.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
For this particular on-campus degree, the fees were appropriate to me, and as per my legitimate viewpoint, the fees were much feasible when seen through the academic site. On the other hand, the admission council was much helpful for these relevant procedures.
Campus Life :
After the lectures, the students interested in sports were seen playing at the university playground. Also, the university gave e-content resources so I preferred reading it as there was much more information relevant to the curriculum, and also some extra general knowledge was provided.
Admission :
This was a private college so the admission procedure was both online as well as on the offline platform and was affiliated to the Madras University. I decided to do a bachelor of science degree in biotechnology and I got selected through the merit-based rounds as my merit rank was high and the scores in physics, chemistry, and biology.
Faculty :
We had two faculty types as on which were separated for the lectures and lab faculty. Also, for the first year, the faculty came to take lectures were from a different department as the university sent a relevant faculty for that particular appropriate course.
