My days at Children's University.

Remarks :

The college was established in 2009 by Shri Narendra Modi, then chief minister of Gujarat. The university aimed at lifting the standards of education for children and is doing a great job at that. I tremendously enjoyed my time at the University.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum was designed according the modern requirements of society and job providers. The daily schedule was not very hectic and the syllabus was also manageable. The exams were also held at sufficient intervals.

Placement Experience :

There were no such placement drives on our campus as is the case with these kind of colleges. However, the college prepared us for job opportunities. The faculty also helped students get placed. Skill development sessions for employability were also held at the University.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The total fees for the two years course was Rs 6,250. This fees was divided into four semesters. The fee structure is very much feasible and inexpensive. The experience and knowledge gained in invaluable compared to it.

Campus Life :

The college has indoor and outdoor sports facility. Various Co curricular activities are organised by students that keep them occupied after classes and they pursue thier interests. Students from all religion and background are treated equally.

Admission :

I got admission in the college based upon my graduation marks. The qualifying criteria was a graduation degree in B.Sc(Food and Nutrition/Home science) B. A(Home science) or B. R. S(Home science). I had my B. Sc in food and nutrition. My M. Sc was also in Food and nutrition.

Faculty :

The faculty was very experienced. They had experience of many years of teaching. They were very elaborate in their teaching method. They made sure that all our doubts were cleared from time to time. And they were very approachable.

The B.com course is nice course to do after 12th pass. Most of 12th commerce pass student choose this option. Students who want to do C.A. they also do b.com as degree. B.com course is not too much expensive.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Html really influenced me to be in this course. The curriculum didn't help much with real life applications as they were too advanced and the one that we were taught were way too easy to be learning in a college They could improve the curriculum better. Exam timings were always changed sometimes it was early in the morning sometimes it was late in the evening

In mbbs course there are less chance for the direct placement from the campus in the private hospital. But from the collage after internship program student can give neet pg exam for further study and can give exam for medical officer.

Placement Experience:

Most teachers that teach us right now are a result of campus placements where they took the students and hired them to teach the subjects to newer students. But most seniors I've talked to prefer looking for a job on their own because the placement that my college offers is not the best but it would be a decent start because the average package from the posters I've seen in the campus is around 3-4 lakhs. But to be on the far safer side I don't think you should expect my college to give you a good placement and just look for it on your own
