Course Curriculum Overview :

The method by which they designed their syllabus was just wondering. Every topic and sub topics were so precised and short that we did our whole syllabus 2 months before the exam and this provided us lots of time to study.

Placement Experience :

Yes wide number of options were there for all the students. Internship were mandatory as it gives basic field idea to the students. Students who did excel during the time of internships got preference at the time of final placement

College Events :

Every college has one basic elements for all the students and that is good library service. We our college library there were books and journals from the year 1966 compiled in sequences. These books gave us beautiful time in the college. Our library was called as the national info centre for marine science (NICMAS)

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees were taken according to the facilities we have been provided in the college like library, lab etc. An amount of 1 lac has been paid by me in whole 2 years of my degree. Fee structure of every courses here are very less and affordable.

Campus Life :

Chess,Carrom board, kho kho, kabaddi etc were our partners of joy. Whenever me and my friends had time we sat with some of these board games and we spent hours and hours playing with them. Our college also had IT Cell which did lots of Events for our welfarement

Admission :

According to the marks we got in B.Sc admission was granted to us. Seats were allotted for the general and SC/ST category seperately. As college was the best for oceanography courses, students from whole over the admission seek admission here.

Faculty :

The professors were just awesome. Every time they used to come in our class, whole classroom maintained pin drop silence not because they were strict or something but because their teachings were just wonders

After 7th semester you are eligible for placements by the end of 8th semester companies will be approaching college and jobs will be offered Different companies approach and they take interviews according to how many students enrolled for their company For me different companies like ultra tech and deep builders and assmass construction approached and offered of average of 20 to 25,000 salary as a beginner Highest average package would be around 35,000 and lowest is around 15,000 Around 70 to 85% students gets placement. Rest of the students mostly go for their own business or different private companies My plan after the degree is to continue with my dad's business which is road work/ pwd contractor

Course Curriculum Overview:

So far the course is good but it does get difficult if you don't study at least one hour a day , you have to study and make notes yourself so that you can be prepared and answer all the questions and help the other students who have doubts in whatever they want
