Course Curriculum Overview :
The medicine is a five-year long course along with the last semester comprising of the internship semester which includes interns practising the medical with the designated senior doctors. External and internal were taken throughout the years to clear the theoretical knowledge of the doctor. The curriculum requires a lot of hard work and determination.
Placement Experience :
Being a doctor getting a job was very easy and the placements were arranged on campus to. The college?s hospital provided the opportunity to work in by clearing an entrance exam and interview round, apart from that we could apply to Army medical College, AIIMS. The selection was on the basis of merit and academic performance. All the students were placed with an average package of Rs.10 lakhs per annum.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee was not expensive it was around Rs.50,000 per year which was very affordable since this was an affiliated government College. It could be submitted in the form of demand draft/NEFT/E challan/debit credit payments. The hostel and the travel fee were not included.
Campus Life :
The college was beautifully constructed and had spacious playgrounds where the students could play sports and extracurricular activity class were organised including fitness, music, dance, sketching, painting clubs.There were equal number of boys and girls at the campus coming from different backgrounds. The campus was very friendly and it was ragging free.
Admission :
The medical Council of India conducts an entrance examination called NEET and the admission to the college was on the basis of the entrance exam result. I applied to the college where the application form was available online, after filling up my details I was called upon the campus and my name was broadcasted on the very first list.
Faculty :
The faculty of the college was well known and they had a reputed background, all were professional doctors working in respective fields. They were all very humble and polite to the students and give the best advice with the best experience stories to the students.
