ANIIMS journey

Course Curriculum Overview :

Institute provide various courses under one stream.I opted for MBBS which is a course five years duration. Though the subjects is quite tough but the faculties teach in a way which is understandable and we also enjoy class. We also have to attend frequent labs and sometimes we end up with a hectic day but will learn a lot from our Institute.

Placement Experience :

Institute provides best placements to us. Government hospitals and medical office also recruit students from our college. The college also provides internships to the final year students with stipend as well. Institute train the students before the placements.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure of Institute is feasible as compared to other medical institutes. As I had opted for MBBS course I had to pay INR525250 as academic fees for 5 years. Different courses have different fee structures based on the availability of the faculties and the professionalism of that subject.

Campus Life :

Our College conducts various extra curricular activities. Our college is a medical college students are overloaded with the burden of studies but these events lessen our burden. College conducts activities like freshers day, valedictory function, tree plantation drive, cardiology camp, National Worming Day and many more.

Admission :

ANIIMS committed to provide quality services and medical care to each and every one seeking medical attention. To get an admission in this college I had to score in NEET exam. I also had to pay my admission fees of Rs 75,000. I also submitted my 10+2 certificate including my birth certificate as well.

Faculty :

The facilities are highly qualified and I have a treasure of knowledge with themselves. They always support us and teach in a way which understandable by students they don't show any bias towards the students. They are highly interested in teaching the course.

1) the student is eligible for campus placement only when he or she is in the last semester of completion of his course. 2) the average package of every company offered for a student is 2 lakh 2 3.5 lakh per annum according to the company and also for the student interview. 3) the percentage of the student for getting placement is at least he has first class or more than and also his interview. 4) after the degree my plans are for higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's easy to pass. There is no freshers party and no functions. Every subject has 2-3 faculty members. I chose this course as just a drop-year student. Some teachers are good but the new faculty is horrible. They don't even know how to pronounce words or form proper sentences.

From the 6th semester, students can attend the campus selections and also get campus placements. The companies that are collaborating with this college are Flipkart, TCS, Amazon, Tata, etc. The percentage of getting placements is 85 to 90. I wanted to study higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is the course that I tried and got admitted to before any other so decided to study. 6:21 is a faculty-student ratio. All have cleared their masters among which one sir and the Hod of the department have done Ph.D. in the field of physics. After every 6 months it was not fixed the dates kept changing it was not that tough to pass if you were prepared.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As the college is affiliated with Pondicherry University, the course curriculum is decided & is according to the University. I chose B.Sc. Computer Science with Integrated B.Ed., as I was deeply interested in Computers & Tech also loved teaching people about it. Few Faculties are Very Good, Some just Alright, rest don't deserve to be teaching at a college. Qualifications are not a measurement of Quality 8-semester exams - with no marking based on the answer - it's based on pure luck & handwriting

Admission:

The zeal to become a doctor led me to Andaman and Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Sciences, Port Blair where I decided to pursue MBBS and after completing all the requirements I got selected and it literally has the easiest admission procedure.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities are undoubtedly great at this university and besides being offered a job at a big institution, they are also given ample opportunities to do internships and learn while studying which is of paramount significance in this course.
