Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is in accordance with the MCI and is more practical oriented with little to no focus on the research. We are required to study the pathology, biochemistry, microbiology, radiology, etc. with the hectic exam schedule.
Placement Experience :
The college do provide us the internship with a monthly stipend of 12,000 but it is post the completion of our curriculum. The hospital being the government see a lot of footfall and hence a great experience to the students.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee is pretty affordable as it is the government funded college. We just have to pay a basic fee of 55,000 per year which comes down to nothing at the end as is is even less than the stipend we will be getting at the end of our course.
Campus Life :
There are so many cultural programs organized by the students union and the management to keep the students off from their regular hectic schedule. The cafeteria is where most of the students hung out after their classes.
Admission :
The college is one of the oldest in the state and is one of the most sought after when it comes to taking admission in MBBS. The admission is through the merit list prepared by the college after and I had my name published in the list so I went on for the further process.
Faculty :
The faculty are nice and talented with a plethora of experience in both teaching as well as clinical practitioners. They teach us the typical subjects with ease which I love about them. The Dean is also super supportive and helpful.
