Remarks :

No i am quite statisfied about my college but at the same time they should reduce and relaxation the admission fee

Course Curriculum Overview :

There is multiple type choice eximination and i am a professional course student and i believe is a good type of eximilation held in our college and i am quite statisfied about it. From being an student i preffer there must be an regular interval eximination and there is good fequlty about it.

Class Size : 420Course Fees : INR 14000 per year

Placement Experience :

Its is loacted in good area. That area has a good transport facility and students from any area can come there in a easy way

College Events :

Our college is celebrating many academis like sports academy time to time and many other cultural proggrams thats makes students motivated and many other parch mast academis. Becides our college celebrate teachers day in a beautiful manner and also childrens day

Fee Structure And Facilities :

So far as fee is considered our college has little bit expensive . If we look at any other college there is not as much as fee that our college as i think our college should mimimum the amount for admission so that any body can submit the fee in a a easy way

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No i am not opted any scholarship but if our college provide opportunity i will fulfill the details for scholarship

Campus Life :

Our college has good bulilding good lab system and good play ground. There is a big larary for the students and near about all books are avilable there and there is beautiful and big soprts ground for the students so tha we can play there and relax there

Hostel Facilities :

Yes. because my college is far away from my home its not easy for me to go home so i am staying in hostal near raniwari so that my education will not suffer and i will able to come on time in my college

Hostel Fee : INR 8000 per yearExternal Expense : Rs.10000 - Rs.15000

Alumni/Alumna :

They always help us ever now and then. I am very thankful to my seniors. If there is any kind of doubt they are ready to hepl us

Admission :

Because my marks was better thats why i got admission and its is one of the best college in the valley so i prefer there and the admission was giving un merit list and for my good marks i wals able to get my admission there and filfill my dreams and carry on my studies.

Faculty :

Brillant teachers and high quality proffesers they help us every now and then if we look at science stream there is more proffesionl teacher good experienced and they do there best as they can to teach and understand the students and i am very much statisfied about the teachers of my college

Actually i was interested in business from starting only. I wanted to do BBA but unfortunately i didnt have good marks in class 12th . So i couldn't get admission in BBA. Bcom was my second preference. So had to do that.

MY COLLEGE EXPERIENCE

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'll rate it 7/10. My course has 7 subjects in total among those 3 are my course related 2 are language and 2 are totally irrelevant. I don't know why i am studying computer science as a commerce student. Why i chose this is because i wanted to a degree is commerce. Well my relevant subjects teach me business. I want to start a business of my own so they are gonna help a lot. By subjects like accounting i can maintain record very well. Management subject teaches how to manage things efficiently. Well to improve the course remove irrelevant subjects. This will make course easier and willing to opt. Teaching can be improved if teachers focus on like making students learn about the things well that will impact there practical life rather than just teaching to complete syllabus. Teachers should focus on development of student not "is our syllabus complete??" Well each year has two semesters and one semester is 6 months at the end of which they have to take exams.

SPMR COLLEGE OF COMMERCE JAMMU - A BRIEF REVIEW

Course Curriculum Overview:

Under UGC B.COM, the subjects like Accounting influenced me to choose this course as I am interested to learn the subject and even the curriculum is good enough to help in learning. The curriculum is also designed in a way to apply the things learned in the course in professional life but not in real life. According to me, the course is well designed except some subjects that have been put in the course such as Hindi, EVS etc. which may not be useful in professional life of student The exams are conducted well before the time. The semester duration is of 6 months. But they take semester end exams within 4 months. The difficulty level is easy to moderate.

Entrance Preview:

I took the CAT and successfully qualified the text. I was motivated to take B.Com due to my interest in the enterprise world and my passion working in the commerce industry.

Placement Experience:

Talking about the placement front, the college has a dedicated placement cell and each year a score of students get placed in various companies like HDFC, HCL, IBM, etc. During my course a total of 15 companies visited the campus for placement and about 20 students were placed, 5 of them in HDFC and Reliance Mutual.
