Remarks :

Placement and faculty management is a big issue. Students had to manage on thier own for placements

Entrance Preview :

CAT - 93 percentile. MBA in finance, always had the passion for Financial Markets and wanted to learn in depth about analysing trends in financial markets.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Wonderful, lot of learning. Self study was the need of the hour. And we had to put extra effort in that. Faculty and guest lectures were few and less on between.

Internships Opportunities :

Superb, leanrt a lot and got right kind of motivation from my internship. Did a internship in the right kind profile which dearly desired. I learnt a lot and it gave me the pre requisite to excel in my career

Placement Experience :

Not so good.4.5 lakhs p.a.My college didn't offer me a platform for jobs which I was looking for. So I had to strive for placements on my own and was successful in doing so.

College Events :

I didn't participate in the college events as I was focussed on circullum. There were cultural and main events held during the year. My participation was only for finance related events. Such as Mock Stock and financial acumen.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Reasonable.1 lakh per annum.Companies to other colleges fees was reasonable and at par.Not much to complaint on that front.I could manage my fees.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No, there wasn't a special loan facility in place. But some students did avail loan facility on their own.

Campus Life :

Equal Gender participation. Wasn't much involved in extra curricular activities my self. But my college organised anti ragging campaign which were successful. We try to organise events on social cause and awareness

Hostel Facilities :

Poor, mess and the canteen were well below par and there was nothing much great to offer. We were looking for decent and hygieneic and healthy food. But at times this wasn't the case and we had to settled for lower quality food.

Alumni/Alumna :

My college helds alumini meet every year. And it is a well organized event. With alumni participating from various batches. We also were part of organising committee during our time

Exam Structure :

MMS decided by the university of Mumbai. It was all university exams.held in different centre and different place. Managed by unviveristy

Faculty :

Good, I would say that they were best. But considering my college and students. Faculty was at par.Initiatives could be taken by faculty to provide best. But so far so good.

Placement Experience:

Every student studying at NITIE is placed in a decent company with a decent package. The placement committee works relentlessly to bring the best companies. The college is famous for operations and supply chain but there are plenty of roles in IT as well.
