Remarks :
Management was good Faculty was poor, they used to organize all the festive functions with great zeal and zest, and it was the best medium of publicity as most of the times chief guests were politicians or big shots.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Exam structure was best as they use to follow the pattern of IIM's in their internal course however because most of the faculty was incapable it was difficult for them to understand and access the paper. So if the faculty would have been good I am sure there was no match as the exam pattern was a replica of IIM.
Placement Experience :
I have never tried placement through my college as a got placed before the results of my last semester were declared.
College Events :
I think the college used to organize almost all festive functions, their only aim was to attract the attention of journalists and capture newspaper headings. As I have already mentioned they used to conduct all these functions in the mid of the city just to make it feasible for the Invitees.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee structure was based on your overall performance in MAT test Group Discussion and Personal Interview. So I used to pay somewhat around 33000 per semester apart from the examination fee and other contributions made towards the organization of functions and all.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
No, the college was not too expensive so I had no requirement to opt for a scholarship but I think I could have done it but because I was not aware of that time.
Campus Life :
I should say it was worst, most of the times teachers were biased and they always use to promote their own cultural activities though management was good enough to seek their advice and act accordingly. Most of the times functions were held in the Mohali sector of Chandigarh to make it feasible for nearby invitees
Hostel Facilities :
Yes, I have opted for a hostel for my first semester as that place was new to me, but due to the pathetic food, they were providing I had to change it in the second semester and opt for Private PG to get more security.
Alumni/Alumna :
All are well settled, majority of them have settled abroad, even I was sponsored abroad but due to family issues, I couldn't go but still thankful to have experience from two big fours, KPMG and PwC.
Admission :
The mode of admission was MAT and Entrance Test. Post entrance tests there was Group Discussion and Personal Interview. I have seen everybody who appeared with me in the entrance test was selected the only criteria was that for them as they were adjusted under management quota and were asked for a huge donation.
Faculty :
Most of the faculty was inefficient and incapable except for a few who are doing very well in their careers. I remember a lady Ramandeep Nancy Kaur who was so incapable, all she used to do was engaging students in useless activities and organize cultural programs which most of the time served no purpose.
