Remarks :

I choose Kohima Science college, jotsoma because the college got great facilities. The environment is also eco-friendly. And i opted to take physics because physics is interesting. It never gets boring for some reason. And i also recommend this college to those guys who strive to become better and learn new things everyday.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course syllabus was always updated beforehand. Lectures did their best to provide materials and also gave proper explanations for the topic. Most of the faculties were good but i especially like Sir Veta Nyienu since he is sincere and does everything he can to make the students understand.

Class Size : 75Course Fees : INR 15000 per year

College Events :

Campus life was always lively. Many festivals like Cultural day, Environment day, Republic day, etc were hold. As for republic day, most of the time our NCC members were called to represent the college for volunteering. The students along with the faculty members willing participate in these events.

Campus Life :

The college got a football ground, two batminton court, one basketball court, one volleyball court. And as for wifi, limited mb was available for each student. We got a 2 floor library. We have almost all the required equipments in the lab.

Hostel Facilities :

Actually, there are many government and private hostels for the college. As for Government hostel, there are three hostel in total (two male hostel and one female hostel). And in each hostel, 50-70 seats were available. As for private hostel, there are more than 15 in total (im not sure about facilities and accommodation since i dont stay in hostels)

All you need to know abojt KSCJ

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is average cause there's not much outdoor activities lacking funds. However there are also sometimes few activities that do help us improve and prepares us for the real world. Improvements are largely needed for professors to be more interactive as well as in their teaching.

The course Which im taking right now is kind of interesting as well as dangerous .The one nights preparation is never going to help with this course. I suggest the teachers to solve more exercise questions along with their theorems,so that the students can Understand it better.

Review of Kohima Science College

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it was a new subject for me and I was interested about the subject. There was a shortage of teachers as the department was going through a transition stage but it didn't stop them from giving us quality education. The teachers were friendly. Monthly tests were conducted to help the students test their knowledge. The tests were not so hard. The end-semester exams were a little bit tough though.

I choose this course because I have an interest in it. The faculty: student ratio is 1:50. The lecturers and professors of the college are highly educated and they get to serve in the college only if they get through state public service examinations, so the facilities are very intellectual and their teaching methods are highly appreciable.
