Student's Review On College Of Vocational Studies - [CVS], New Delhi

Remarks :

My main reason why I choose this college was that the campus and the crowd of this college is really good. Also the best part about cvs is that all the sports teams are excellent and they have a good number of societies to be a part of and be involved in extra activities as well, rather than only studies. The stuff and security system is great. CVS also have additional vocational courses and language courses which is a plus point because they provide us with the best studying material.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The academic facilities are really good and teachers are strict when it comes to studies. There are a good number of courses which a student can apply for according to his or her interests. There is also a separate NCWEB Classes which are only for girls and are taken on Saturdays mainly. Teachers make sure the syllabus is complete 1month prior the exams so students have enough time for revision.

Placement Experience :

The placement process is good Different companies send their names and take interview of each student who have applied for it. Cv of every student is compulsory for later reference. The students selected gets the mail after the interview.

College Events :

Campus life of cvs is the best any student could say for. For extracurricular activities college have various number of societies which conduct activities related to their fields. Yearly trips take place for students to make good memories.

Campus Life :

The campus infrastructure is really good. Stuff makes sure it's always clean and greener. All the buildings have separate water tanks. Canteen is clean and food is good. Ground is kept green and clean.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1.I was interested in commerce subjects, thus I opted for B.com. 2. The course curriculum in college are mostly practical which is used in real life for example, tally or excel. 3. every week a vestibule job class should be given. 4. Paper is a bit lengthy in respect of time given which is 3 hrs, difficulty level is Moderate.

Placement Experience:

Yes, Campus Placement is there in the college but it's not more then 5-6 lakhs. For placement marks doesn't matters much but your skills matters. So, You have to study hard and definitely have some great skills to survive in this competitive world. As it's a girls college, Many of the girls settle in their lives as held in an Indian family, and most of the girls also go for higher studies after their graduation from the college. And the rest go for Jobs in the corporate sector as well as govt. sector. If talking about me I will go for job then do my MBA after that my own business. I am not going for the placement from college.
