The college management was good, supportive and understanding.
Entrance Preview :
I took OJEE and scored 8000 rank. I found the faculties, infrastructure and other facilities of this particular college better than others as per my rank.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum was good. The college provided courses like electronics electrical, mechanical, computer science, information technology instrumentation and control engineering and many more. I chose Instrumentation and Control Engineering which included papers like sensors and signal, VLSI design, basic electronics, basic electrical engineering, etc.
Internships Opportunities :
The college internship experience was good. We were taken on trips to various industries in town so that we can learn how things are done there and what is the work process. We were some times also played considerable amount of stipend.
Placement Experience :
The placements and job opportunities are good. Renowned companies lke Infosys, Mphasis, Ln T etc visited our college and recruited meritorious students in bulks. However, due to recession period during that time, the college could not accomplish 100% placement.
College Events :
The college celebrated various technical, cultural, management events and festivals. Yearly techfest were organized which gave students opportunities to show their potential in various fields and competitions including robotics, song, dance, theater, and other technological aspects as well.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee-structure was reasonable and feasible. It was not too expensive. It was as per the industry standard and under the capability of the parents. We did not have much problems in paying the fee structures.
Fees and Financial Aid :
I did not avail any such facility from college. However scholarship was available for highly meritorious students who were class toppers.
Campus Life :
Campus life is very good. We got all facilities like extracurricular, labs, sports, competitions such as robotics, debates etc. Students were able to show their potential in various fields in different events organized by college as well as inter-college events.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel facilities were good. Basic necessities like water and electricity was provided 24*7 which did not affect our studies in any way. Food was also of good quality and hygienic.
Alumni/Alumna :
The alumni network and senior students are good. There are many online forums through which ex-students can keep in touch post their life experiences and share tips with juniors.
Exam Structure :
The exams structure was good. They were neither too hectic nor too chilled out. They were organized at regular intervals to test our potential and our ability to grasp the subject taught in classes and labs.
Faculty :
The faculty was very good and supportive. They always tried to help and support us in every possible way. They made sure our courses were finished before time so that we can have ample time for revision. The standard of the college was good and provided us with all the facilities including well-equipped classrooms, labs, workshops, library, hostel, canteen, playgrounds, rooms for extra-curricular activities, etc.
