Remarks :

College management is good and progressive however there are few things which needs to be enhanced the college campus is around 53 arce however to get eligibility of deemed university it need to increase it's campus so that it can grow further.

Entrance Preview :

We have to take PET (Pre Engineering Test) to get appear in counselling of this college. You have to score under 700 rank on merit basis to get this college specially computer science and electronics branch. I secured 667 rank out of 50 thousand candidates to get admission in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I opted for computer science and engineering in this college. It got well planned 8 semesters and balance of theoretical and practical exams. This is autonomous college so it's not dependent on any university and the course and exams are designed by college only.

Internships Opportunities :

College got a good rapport so most of the popular MNC visit for campus placements. Few of them WIPRO, CAPGEMINI, HCL, ACCENTURE. The average package offered around 5 Lakhs around.

Placement Experience :

Very good almost 80% student get placement through campus only. Many of the MNC company visited the college campus few of them were Wipro, Infosys, HCL, CAPGEMINI. Average package offered around 5 Lakhs/annul.

College Events :

Every year, there is cultural events celebration in college. It got a good campus so all the games are organized within the campus. Technical competitions are also organized by college for open campus where other college students can take part at India level. There is big function organized by college on it's silver jubilee.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

As this is government college so the fee is not very high. It's affordable. It has major 4 categories -1. Basic tuition fee - 30K2. Labs Fee - 3k Around3. Library fee - 2K around4. Hostel Fee - 30 K/ anum.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

You can get the loans by affiliated bank of college easily. Also SC/ST candidates get scholar ship and their hostel fees is also waived off.

Campus Life :

Campus life is good as it got all the facilities so you can have your all around development. No gender, religion and caste based discrimination. Their are frequent debates organized by college or you have freedom to organize by your own as well.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel is good and situated within the campus area of college so you can utilize all the facilities of college 24/7 and it got a all sports play grounds within campus. Mess is good and you have option to eat outside as well.

External Expense : Rs. 4000 - Rs. 7000

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumni network is quite good as this is more than 57 years old college so most of the alumni are in very reputed positions in MNS as well as in government jobs i.e IAS and IPS officers. Our college has most number of IAS passed out from MITS college in Madhya Pradesh.

Exam Structure :

Exams and labs were not hectic however well planned where you can spend time for planned lectures and spend time for LAB. There is 24/7 LAB facility available so you can do practicals as per your time schedule in night as well.

Faculty :

Most of the faculties are P.H.D doctorate degree holders and having more than 15 years of teaching experience. So they quite good knowledge in their specialties.

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in our college as the highest package grabbed by our senior was 1.15 cr this year through Amazon eu. The percentage of students getting placement are around 80%. My plans are to grab campus placement.

Sum up all learned things to the astonishing work

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite good in Jabalpur Engineering College. Students are eligible and can avail campus placement from their 7th semester onwards. There are some companies i would like to mention , TCS, Reliance Jio, IBM, Wipro, Collabera, TrueChip, Cognizant and some others. Some of them came for mass selection of students with good knowledge of their companies. The highest salary package of companies co.e in JEC are 7-8 LPA. The average salary packages are provided by companies is 3-5 LPA. Chances of getting selected in the campus placement are depends upon the students Strong hold on the subject and their course. So basically the chances of getting selected is around 30-40% . Students usually tend to have many dram after getting selected in campus placement. As per my plan, after getting a degree i will prone to learn new technology and present myself a position where i can give my all conceptual knowledge earned from College period and convert into practical knowledge.

My college

Remarks:

If college will improvise the college placement ratio than that would be very helpful for all the students studying there.

Admission:

I have 60% above percentage in my 12th class so I was eligible to get admission in that college. The college is closer to my home also that's why I opted for that college. They took photocopy of all valid documents and first instalment of fee. they have there own bus facility and hostel as well which is suitable to all.
