The college have good environmental condition and it is suitable to study.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is all about the computer studies. In first year it have some science oriented papers and remaining three years it is fully depends on department studies. At the end semester they make a research over our course and we have to submit a project. This institution provides industrial visits thrice a semester and gives the student knowledge.

Class Size : 75Course Fees : INR 40000 per year

Placement Experience :

Basically they provide a enough interview placement practise to the students. The interview was held as per the qualification of the students. Some core companies such as HCL, cognizant, wipro, tata are willing to make a interview. It's more than 85 percentage students are selected for every year.

College Events :

Every year they conducted more than five internal and external symposia. The college management have make cutural festivals to make student to empower. More students are willing to participate in it. This college has more helpful to empower our technical and skills.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

In the fees structure the make minimum of fourty thousand to seventy thousand. For cirst graduate students it offers just fourty thousand rupees and for others they make sixty thousand. For SC/ST students they offer a free seats for studies. They make liquid cash or DD as payment methods.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarships are maximum based on the caste preference. For SC/ST they provide free college fees and also make some scholarships. For other student they provide a form and if they fill means they obtain a scholarship for 3 years.

Campus Life :

The campus is fully eco friendly. The gender ratio is about 6:4 mens and womens. They have a good facilities for sports such as cricket, football, volleyball. Then laboratory for all departments are also made good. The college is fully anti racking manner and no racism.

Hostel Facilities :

The college itself have own hostel for students and its affordable for everyone. It also have basic facilities such as electricity, water facilities, bed so students can stay their. They also provide food for the students in good manner.

Alumni/Alumna :

Seniors made a good impact to the students and also give some tips to develop our knowledge and skills over the studies. They make a project and allow us to make a part of it.

Admission :

I have got admission in this college through Counselling process. First of all I applied for the counselling and they make an interview and I have choose this course. I have much intrest in this computer science course and it also have good scope in future life.

Faculty :

The college have efficient faulty for each department it has more than 8 faculties for each department. Those faculties are mastered in their studies and some of them are doctrate so they have much knowledge about studies. They also have a industrial knowledge to provide them.

Average college but a good place to study on your own

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
