Remarks :

No placement is drawbacks is see,time are so less for semester that most of the time teacher wouldn't complete syllabus

Course Curriculum Overview :

Studies are good though i dont think students a groomed enough to b qualified for placement,because passing here is too easy. curriculum are not research driven as teachers not focus on quality education but of pass percentage i.e more focus students to just clear there semester exam and to get promoted to higher semester

Placement is 0 i think so,average student scores 50-60 percent in graduation highest i know would b probably 80 in my three years course

College Events :

We celebrate only indigenous cultures festival eg nyokum, mopin,drii,losar etc.w e celebrate college week where there are lots of extra curricular are held by our student unions eg fashion show,dancing,singing,football,cricket etc competition.my college if affiliate to RAJIV GANDHI UNIVERSITY so someone they held some interactions program with students to know how college are performing

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure changes thoughout years,for admissions 200-500 but for enrolment for semester exam we have to give 600-700 per paper,so there a 4 subject approximately we spend 2000-3000 to complete one semester,fees are different for different courses.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes i opted for scholarships, we can avail scholarships through NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS PORTAL manage by Indian government

Campus Life :

We celebrate college week where we play sport and do other activities but not in a big manner. overall gendre ration will b probaly 50\50 as in arunachal girl are treat same as boy is every activities.there are no course related to robotics.most of the student are tribal say 70? and rest are form other community such as hindus muslim Buddhist etc

Hostel Facilities :

No i dint opt for hostel.pg are usually cost high i.e most of the pg charge 6000-7000 per month.but i opted for rent house where i had to pay 3000 per month because i was with my sister.pg provide fooding n loading.

Hostel Fee : INR 18000 per yearExternal Expense : Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

Alumni/Alumna :

The are student union which are very helpful for atudent,tearcher are not students friendly because they focus only on studies that is to complete his or her course

Admission :

I got admission because there quota system for ST student any i have better percentage than average st student.i opt for this college because there is only one college who provide bsc course. admissions for new student for first semester start in mont of july to first week of august

Faculty :

There are only four subjects in each course.there is one library,laboratory and a botanical garden within the college campus.the course not dont not offer industry experience or certificate as there are not subjuct for it.ther are only four- six courses available eg science arts commerce anthropology etc

Course - bsc forestry syllabus is well defined based on the new syllabus from the year 2020 batch for affiliation with icar. Involves compulsory 4 months internship in the final year (4 year course) Faculty - total 9 + guest lecturers They are very experienced and one of the very dedicated to their work. Teaching is through presentation, notes, experiences and learning from practical activities. Exam- mid sem and end sem in between each semester. Involves Quizes and practicals.

Sincere and complete review about NERIST

Placement Experience:

Placement is eligible for final year students according to the cgpa prefered by the external companies or agents. Companies visited are PRADHAN, Efu-station and other companies. They provided minimum of 10-15 candidates. Highest offer is upto 16LPA and minimum is around 3.5 LPA. Average is about 5-6 LPA. Pecentage of students getting placement is about 15-20 percent. After getting the degree i will go for upsc exams for post of IFS or other exams for jobs.

A subtle review of NERIST

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is based under the ICAR curriculum. All the faculty members are well experienced and knowledgeable with various achievements and papers under their names. The course provides a kneen knowledge of the importance of forest in the improvement of our living conditions. The terminal examinations are a bit intensely planned but can be cracked if preparations are made regularly with regular attendance in classes. The faculty:student ratio is ideal.

Admission:

I got admission into this college through the joint entrance examination conducted by the ICAR. The examination is held online and for it you are required to have knowledge in biology. You also need to submit various documents for verification.

Placement Experience:
