Need a bigger canteen for lunch and a little more freedom than it is given now.

Course Curriculum Overview :

There are theoretical as well as practical subjects in the curriculum and they provide training via summer internships for their students. Teachers use latest teaching methods and equipments and keep the students updated on different issues that are taking place in the field of their specialisation.

Placement Experience :

There are many companies that come in campus drive and biggies such as wipro justdial HDFC to name a few were in the list. College provides training to the students and send them for internships to different places as per the nature of their course.

College Events :

Induction for new students by old students and staff members, sports events inter and intra, annual function etc. Students from different colleges and universities are invited to participate in the sports event held by the university and at the last day of the event DJ night is held for the enjoyment of students.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee is nominal as compared to other institutes in the state which provide same courses. No extra money has to be paid for admission if the Seats are available you can get admitted easily. College accepts cash as well as cheques and direct account transfers RTGS etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No, I haven't opted for any education loan but I have got scholarship from the college which is 20% of the fee amount for marks more than 60%.

Campus Life :

The gender ratio in college is 1/3 for girls. Dorm parties are allowed after prior permission from the concerned authorities without any toxics involved in the party. The atmosphere is very tolerant and totally ragging free. No discrimination takes place in terms of caste,creed, colour, religion, economic status and all.

Hostel Facilities :

Yes, the hostel is provided with bed and study section a cupboard and high speed Wi-Fi and cooler in every room. You can get a room with attached toilet and common washroom is also available. Food is average to eat regularly and special meals on Saturday and Sunday.

Alumni/Alumna :

Seniors are very helpful they come in touch with juniors from the very first day at the college that is the induction ceremony of freshers. They are always ready to lend helping hand.

Admission :

Found the college on collegedunia while searching for colleges in my city for my graduation. Then I visited addmisson office located in the city and got to know about the admission procedure and got admitted the very next day. Admission can also be taken directly from university.

Faculty :

There are 8 lectures everyday from Monday to Friday and each of 50 minutes. Teachers hold good degrees and are highly qualified. They have age group varying from 26-60 approx. Students can directly go to teachers in case of doubts or they can get it cleared in doubt sessions conducted by them.

True existence of diversity

Admission:

After I gave my board exams I had to search for a good college for my graduation which can provide me an Honour's degree. GGU is a central university and every student who didn't have the option to move out of the state for their graduation had the option to go for GGU's entrance test and the same was with me in my case. I filled the form for the entrance test between 'April and May' called VET. To get admission a student must get his name under the top 100-150 students. Approximately 2000 students appear for the exam and the competition is very high. After the exam results are announced, the student is informed to come to counseling which is usually of three 3-4 days. After submitting all the documents and paying fees in counseling day students respective classes start from the month of August.

Placement Experience:

There is no internship available for the placement. ICICI bank and some other private institutions in the banking and insurance sector are major recruiters. Approximately 4-5 students are placed out of 120 students.
