Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya is a member of Association of Indian Universities and is mantiained by UGC. The distance education programs are approved by Distance Education Council and essential resources of all sorts are provided for the students enrolled.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is handed over to the student while enrolling to the course. It gives a clear idea about what to study and what skills will be gained through the course. E-books, online training facilities and doubt clearing sessions are held for a clear understanding.

Placement Experience :

As I am doing this course in distance learning, I have enough time to pursue my passion for dance full-time. Also, I am working as computer instructor for school students in near by private institute. All because of MMYVV I am balancing my passion and education together.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

I paid Rs.9,500 as college fee during my first year. For a year's education and the study materials they have provided, It seemed feasible. Therefore, for the entire BCA degree the fee approximately comes around Rs.27,000.

Campus Life :

We are taught about thoughtful living and Maharishi's practices have influenced every one of the students to practice the yoga and social work every single day. Skill development and entrepreneurship techniques are obtained by students through online workshops and sessions

Admission :

After deciding to pursue my under graduation degree by distance learning, I applied for BCA from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya. This course enables students away from the campus to obtain their degree by self study and online classes. There is no particular criteria for applying to this course except for completing 10 + 2 or equivalent qualification.

Faculty :

Through distance learning, it is not the same relationship with the faculty like how the regular students have. However, this program has enabled to attend several online lectures and has given us an oppurtunity to form a connection with our professors.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to become a full stack developer, and with science (biology) in 12th grade, it was quite difficult to have a good college. So I choose this as it's not too good not too bad college for this course, but they do not provide and placement from clg itself.

Worth the money

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester, students become eligible for campus placement and internship. Last year highest package was 8 LPA, the Average was 3 LPA and the lowest was 1.9 LPA in the BCA department. Last year Around 60% of students from the BCA department got placed in companies like Wipro, Flipkart, Tata, Amazon, Micromax, Infosys etc, Mass hiring and top recruiters are Tata, Wipro and Infosys. I plan to pursue a master's (MCA) after getting my bachelor's degree.
