Remarks :

It is situated in a very peaceful place. Teachers are very good to clear doubts of a student. The admission procedure is very easy. Admission staffs are very polite. one of my elder brothers suggested studying there.

Course Curriculum Overview :

My aim was to be a mechanical engineer for that reason I joined in mechanical engineering. All the faculty's minimum qualification is a master's degree and some of them have P.hd, And the main thing is the exam. This is very strict, if you do not prepare then you can't pass all the papers.

Internships Opportunities :

College send to off campus according the merit list of placement department.like tcs,wipro,tata motors,tvs

Placement Experience :

From 7th sem, the companies will come for placement drive. like Jaro,byju's, tech Mahindra, bhadve engineering, Dassault. Around 80% of students got placed. My plan is to do a master's degree.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For engineering, the fee is 1,25000 per year. There are many scholarships. the campus is quite good

Campus Life :

Gajajyoti, Tarang Bazar, Dance, music, drama, painting like this so many competitors are there. There are a lot of books in the library. The library is fully air conditioning. There is a cricket ground, volley ground, tennis court, basketball court.

Hostel Facilities :

It is quite good. mess food like as usual.you can take the hostel at the admission time. Every hostel will be changed.

Hostel Fee : INR 55000 per year

NIT Rourkela: The Blazing Ground for Opportunities.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in the last year of their completion of the course, although most of us got the PPO (Pre Placement Offer) before the campus placement at the end of our internships. This year (2022) 325 companies visited for campus placements and a total of 1,274 offers were made. The highest CTC offered was up to 46 lakhs rupees and the average CTC offered is 11.2 lakhs rupees for the software, core and analytics companies combined. Some of the companies which offered the handsome packages are Microsoft, Google, Amazon and Oracle. Overall approx 93 per cent of students are placed during this year's campus placements.
