Remarks :
Management of college and overall experience was very satisfying. I really enjoyed my college life.
Course Curriculum Overview :
All the teachers were always ready for taking lectures, even if number of students were less sometimes. And lecturers were also good. They were explaining us all the concepts in detail and till the time we understand it completely. But we never visited any industry.
Placement Experience :
I personally had no experience related to campus placement. But what I had heard from other seniors is that : Average percentage tends to be 80% for selection in good companies. Related to taking special steps for preparing students I had never seen something like that.
College Events :
All the events were celebrated in college. Specially flower competition, where all the colleges in Nagpur takes part in. And there are dedicated ground for football matches, cricket matches. And a huge hall where indoor games and gatherings were also arranged.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fees are very less. Anyone can afford this college. Compared to other colleges and streams also fees were less. College provides transparency in the fee-breakdown. And fees were collected in the beginning of the year, through challan, in a designated bank only.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
No,i had not availed any scholarship or education loan. But yes, college does offers a scholarship to students. I don't remember the eligibility criteria for that.
Campus Life :
There was no partiality for some specific gender, ethnicity, race, religion, community, caste, creed or economic status. There were all sorts of students and there was no special treatment for any specific group. Comparatively girls were less. Ratio wise I can say 4:10 i.e. 4 girls and 10 boys. Various extracurricular activities were held during the year. And everyone was motivated to showcase his/her talent.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes, seniors were helpful. I didn't had much conversations with them. But at 2-3 occasions when I met them they were really helping with academics as well and for other things as well.
Admission :
As a student, I wanted to join this college, because this college was very much a talk of the town. For Commerce Field this college was in top 2 colleges that were naming then. For admission I had to go through centralisation process. And fees were very low compared to other colleges and streams.
Faculty :
Lecturers were good in their respective subjects. They were always helpful for giving us more than only subject related knowledge. Age wise, I would say, was ranging from 35-45 years. They had expertise in their subjects. And the way they were explaining us I can say they had complete knowledge about industries.
