Remarks :
Nothing negative. Although college isn’t for everyone, if you did decide to pursue it, don’t go into it thinking you’re signing up for four years of academic misery and financial ruin. They might not be the absolute best years of your life after all, life is pretty long. They do have the potential be some of the best years of your life.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course Curriculum is good in my college. The course curriculum is pretty well distributed over the four years. In the first year we get to learn the same subjects as the other departments and from the second year specialisation subjects come into place and in the final year more importance is given to project and research work. Students can put in their own ideas about the project and through out the four years we have humanities subjects as well as computer subject. Explains anything in a clear and easy manner. For each year we have 2 semester's. For each semester we have 2 mid exams.
Placement Experience :
1. MVGR places only top students who score good marks in EAMCET below 50000 rank. 2. The highest package in the placement is 13 Lacs and average of 8 Lacs, minimum package of 3.5 Lacs. 3. Amazon, Microsoft, TCL are the top recruiting companies, 4. In my course, they offered roles in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence. 5. The lowest package in my course is 3.5, the average package is 7, the highest package is 12 Lacs. 6. Minimum of 75 percent got internship in our course from TCL, Spyry.
College Events :
Events were annual celebration which included academic competitions, programming competitions, sports, cultural and music dance shows. There used to be fashion shows as well. Used to invite participants from other colleges as well. Good guests/judges were invited. Annual function used to be around 15-20 days activity along with preparations. Used to be managed by students under mentoring by teachers. Good prizes were given to winners.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fee Structure is around 1 lakh and it is common for all the branches. And college will give scholarship for top 3 students of every branch and year wise. But from this current year 2020 government will pay full fee for those who are eligible. So fee structure is feasible for those who are eligible.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yes there are good scholarship based on the Mark's achieved in the examination of EMCET the people who got a rank below 10000 then will just half to pay half amount of the fee and if a person has any reservations based on caste then also they can only pay half amount of fee if he is eligible for both criteria then they don't have to pay more than 10k for whole year
Campus Life :
Campus surroundings have a lot of greenery. Playgrounds, fresh choice cafe and a canteen are available. There is a great encouragement for extracurricular activities. We have to choose one of the activities and complete that activity to earn some credits points. Then only, we will be certified after the completion of our 4-year course. Events are regularly organised. Also, extracurricular activities are organised. Labs are very good with all equiments required.
Alumni/Alumna :
As graduates of the institution, alumni have a special connection with the college and as a result are likely to be some of its more loyal supporters. Alumni network helps us get guidance and help at various stages during our stay in college.
Admission :
Admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET). I got the admission based on eamcet exam. I secured 13k rank in my eamcet exam and choose this college in counselling.
Faculty :
Faculty is really supportive of new ideas.I can proudly say that my faculty is best as far as i know because they not only teach subjects but also solve all my doubts individually. every student as a counsellor who takes care of every aspect of student such as attendance marks etc.Some are very friendly.
