Remarks :

There were faculties like the PT sir who is not qualified to be monitoring activities of the college. The very inhuman way in which he deals with the students was pathetic. He was not capable of taking decisions.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum was easy to understand and the exam structure was so comfortable. The course was consisting of very much information that was common also, so it was understandable. The overall structure was so adaptable that anybody could fit in.

Placement Experience :

Yes, placement drives happen quite often, and most students were given opportunities from lots of companies. There were students who found their career from these placement drives. The main feature of this college is its placement percentage.

College Events :

There are events for every festival or celebration irrespective of the state. The popular celebration remains Pongal, Onam & Christmas. Yearly annual event & intercollegiate will be conducted which will have maximum participation from colleges in and around Coimbatore.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is highly feasible when compared to the colleges nearby and the facilities that they offer. It was affordable for most people which made them choose the college. There weren’t any problems with respect to the fees.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I am not known of any such facilities as I did want to use them. But there were a few of my friends who used bank loans in order to pay their fees. As the fees were affordable by my family, we never thought of applying for a loan or any other credit options.

Campus Life :

The gender ratio is skewed towards boys in the Mechanical and civil branch, but in other branches, it is normal. Fresher parties are regularly organised by seniors to first-year students. There are many cultural clubs in our college like Dhruva club etc. There are strict rules against ragging, and you won't find a single student being ragged. As college is situated in India that too in a tier-3/4 city, there is no such thing as Gender diversity here, so you can say the atmosphere is STRICTLY NOT conducive to the LGBTQ community. While on other hand, there is no discrimination based on caste, race or religion in our college, so doors of our college are opened to students of all classes.

Hostel Facilities :

I did not use the hostel or PG as I was using the bus transportation that was provided from the college for which I used to pay the semester fee amount. The college bus was much cheaper and comfortable to travel to.

Alumni/Alumna :

All those who have passed out of the college seemed to have great feedback about their experiences during college times. Most of them love to come back and spend time to remember they're good times at college.

Admission :

It was done in the Corporate Office of the College, where I came along with my parents to fill in the form & other details. Once all the documents were submitted, they said about the Sem fees & Transportation facility available. After choosing all the needed amenities, we were made to pay the first sem fee along with the admission fee.

Faculty :

As our college is a government college and a reputed one, a teacher here is good. Teachers are recruited through the Public Service Commission exam. But the ratio of Young and old teachers is skewed towards old teachers, most of whom are permanent. Most of these old teachers have good knowledge but due to the generation gap, it's not that much use to us, but the government can't remove them as they are permanent.

The placements are really good in our college. Our college has a placement cell. Many students got their placements in campus interviews. Nearly 23 recruiters have come every year to recruit the students. Wipro Bangalore, NTT Data Chennai, Tata consultancy services are some recruiters.

Placement Experience:

At 3rd-year students become eligible for placements on campus where many MNCs and cooperatives come to hire us. The offers made to me were 7 but I wasn't very keen on any. I personally visited 3 and got selected by one. The package offered was high for a freshman and high incentives and training programs were delivered. packages start from lakhs annually .they often have a holistic approach to deliver placement and percentage marks to a certain amount depending on the level and firm you're looking for. My personal plans include running my father's export and retail business and help in the management of the company

From the 4th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Numerous companies visit like Google, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, Accenture, Cognizant, PickYourTrail. 50-70% of the students are placed. I'm currently working in a skincare brand as an E-commerce Executive.

Placement Experience:

The only disappointing factor in this college is that there is no campus interview. But on the other hand, as it is an art and science college most of the students prefer to do their post-graduation. So campus placement might not be a big problem. If at all students prefer to go for a job, the faculty is so good and friendly and help them to get to know about vacancies and interviews.

Remarks:

One of the negative thing about the college is that sports. The college only focus on a adamics. We must have a college team. And we also want to play with the other teams. This is the only negative comment we have
