Remarks :
Autonomous system provides the college to perform and excel better than all the other current engineering colleges. The college must improve in the food department in the near future to emerge best in all.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The exam structure is the semester pattern followed by most of the engineering colleges in India. There are periodical Continuous Assessment Tests held within the college to secure the 50% of internal marks and rest of the marks are scored through the end semester examination
Placement Experience :
Placement and Training Cell is fully stacked with a 100% placement for the eligible candidates. Companies like Amazon Zoho CTS TCS Infosys are visiting for the placements. With average CTC of around 5LPA for freshers.
College Events :
The Department level symposia are held periodically by all the departments. Management events like Openhouse day which allows school students to visit the campus and view the highlights of the campus. Recharge fest is the signature cultural fest of REC
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The Fee Structure will be around 2LPA for all the hostel features, Tution fee and other facilities. Otherthan that the dayscholars can have well equipped Air-conditioned Buses with almost 100km radius of access at 50k per year
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Scholarships opportunities are provided for the first graduate of the family and also for the scholarship of excellence. Sports scholarships are also provided based on the level or division of play. The Project ideas are funded and incubated for the development and delivery affiliated with the corporate
Campus Life :
Sports facilities at REC is far better than 90% of the other colleges in and around Chennai. Labs are well equipped and efficient for the given departments and the syllabi specified. Tech Lounge is the dedicated incubation for Technical Support
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel fee structure costs around 80k per year and for 4 years it is 3. 2Lakhs. The cost is well packed and legit for the facilities provided by the college and provides food and room facilities with the hostel day event conducted every year.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes. The Alumni meet is held annually and the interaction with the seniors are so healthy and useful. The Alumni of the college are well settled and have excelled in various activities in and around India
Admission :
The admission process is the common 12th Grade counseling held through the Anna University of Chennai. Usually students with above 90 percentile cutoff get to secure a seat at REC. Other than the academic quota there is also a Management Level allotments of seats for sports.
Faculty :
The Faculty pool consists of faculties aged morethan 30 and having atleast 5years of teaching experience. Profeesors and Associate profeesors are well experienced to carry a team of inspired youngsters.
