Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is based on the syllabus set by JNTU Hyderabad. Mechanical Engineering is a four year program that covers various aspects of design, thermal, production, mechanics etc. The exams are conducted on a semester basis.

Placement Experience :

College has training and placement cell that takes care of providing training and placement opportunities to all students. There is also an Entrepreneurship development program for budding entrepreneurs. Many core companies visit the campus for selecting the students.

College Events :

Sports and games are a part of the college activities in Vijaya Engineering College. There are many sport activities for students such as volley ball, basket ball, cricket and other outdoor activities.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The total course fee is 2.4 Lakhs spanning across four years of the course duration. The course fee covers books, library fee and industrial visits etc. The students must pay the fee across four years split into 60,000 per year.

Campus Life :

There are many events happening in the college regularly. Both academic and extra curricular events are conducted in the college. Paper presentations, seminars, conferences and cultural programs are conducted in the college for students.

Admission :

The course admission is via the common entrance exam TS-EAMCET. After getting the entrance exam results, I applied for counselling and made a choice of the course. Then this college was allocated for me. I made the payment at the college campus and got admission.

Faculty :

The faculty of mechanical engineering department are dedicated to providing quality education to all students. They also encourage students to pursue research and they provide guidance to all students. Regular projects and presentations are also conducted in the college.

We are eligible for the campus placements for fourth year starting and the placements will be in high and package are too good. The college holds a record of getting highest placed students in the state. Coming to highest package is 930000 and average is 600000-700000.The top companies like Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, TCS is offering highest package and giving placements. The students should maintain around 70% in academics to get a good placement. My plans to get placed in good company and Explore myself.

Admission:

The college accepts admission only via TS EAMCET. I applied for the entrance examination after completing my 12th standard exams. Once the results of the entrance exams are out, via counselling I got admission in the college.

Placement Experience:

The college has a placement cell and a placement officer that takes care of all the placement activities. The college also gives training related to appearing for interviews, group discussion etc for students to perform well.
