Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum of my course is very well-structured and nice. Our curriculum includes both theory and practical papers. In our last year, we also have to visit hotels to pursue Internships. Exams conduct yearly.

Placement Experience :

Job opportunities are best in our college. Most of the reputed hotels like The Oberoi, Leela and others come here for placements. Students get enough opportunities and exposures which is very good for us.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Usually, Hotel management courses are little bit expensive and our college fees are also little high but it can be easily affordable.My first year course fees is almost 1 lakh and the whole year course fees would cost approx 3-4 lakhs.

Campus Life :

Extracurricular activities are best to relax and we enjoy a lot during extracurricular activities. Attending different kinds of workshops and seminars improves our learning and develops to build our personality

Hostel Facilities :

Our hostel is the best one for us. All kinds of facilities are available to us. It's like our home. I share my hostel room with my friend and there are two beds and two wardrobes, two table and chairs in our room.

Admission :

The admission process depends upon the results of the entrance examination. Our college conducts an entrance examination for the candidates, and those who successfully pass the entrance exam will call for counseling and interview.

Faculty :

Our college teachers are excellent and very good. They also help us in many different matters other than college work. All our college teachers are good with an excellent career. Their personality impress us very much.

IHM trivandrum offers 100% placements for the students. It depends on each and individual student whether he/she wants the placement job or not

The campus interview will start in 5 semesters. There will be the Taj, Oberoi, trident, etc companies Mc McDonald's, and many more. The highest average package a company gives is 45000. Most of the students get placements. My plan after my degree is to get a campus selection and work forward.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for attending campus placement drives in their last semester. Based on their performance candidates can even get job offers during their on-the-job training in the properties they are being offered job exposure training. The college has a dedicated placement cell that ensures the participation of reputed firms for placement drives and offers extended support to students until they are placed. Mentoring and mock interviews are conducted by the placement cell for ensuring 100% placement. The students can get placed in various departments ( F&B service, food production, house keeping, front office,etc) of their choice in different properties. The properties the students get placed purely depend on their knowledge and expertise in the field of choice and their performance in the interview.

My opinion about BTHM course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course helps to get a job in 5-star level hotels. In the course, mainly teaches us to cook and how to behave to a person in a good manner and In my college our faculties are excellent, they know how to teach students. The exams are conducted in about a 6 month of gap and it is easy to attend that's all.
