Best College with Refreshing Memories

AP
4.2 /5

Remarks :

Before appearing in the exams, we had to pay exam fees.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum was simple and easy. But, exams were held every after one year. These days, it was not conducted every six months. Our course was easy but vast and we have to study hard throughout the year.

Placement Experience :

No placements and job opportunities were provided at that time. We had to look for a job after completing graduation. My course was a simple graduation course, so no internship courses were also provided.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Total course fees including hostel charges were around 7,000. Fees were not very high and always there was the consideration of fees for the SC/ST and OBC students.

Campus Life :

Cultural activities were held twice a year. To welcome every new student, after their admission process finish, a welcoming function was conducted. And another function organized during the annual programs.

Hostel Facilities :

The infrastructure of my hostel was average. Not that well-equipped nor so worse. I used to share the room with one of my junior mates from another department. There is a total of 3 hostels in our college. So rooms are available for all.

Admission :

In my time, the admission process was based on the results of the higher secondary examination. I got only 67% in the higher secondary exam. A student must get a minimum of 45% marks for getting admission into degree courses.

Faculty :

The faculties of our college were very good and responsible. They are at the same time very strict also. Only a few teachers in my time were free and frank with the students. Rather than that most of the teachers were strict.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As im a malayalam student i think nothing about the syllabus should be changed because they teach evry aspects of kerala literature and its culture .If you want to learn language malayalam more then you should learn all of the grammar, culture, history, literature and also they are teaching foreign literature and theories which emerged along with the waves in kerala. So i think nothing to be changed in course curriculum.

Remarks:

The college has a unique atmosphere, usually found in prestgious universities of the world. The college student body reacts to every issue around the globe, and thus is famed for being enlightened. Not enough inclusion of modern technology to aid teaching. Faculties tend to be very politically aligned and biased, usually for personal gains.
