positive remarks– Experienced staff. Good facilities. Projects are given per student and not in groups. Campus is good. No politics. No racesm. Negative remark– Lack of digital education system. Boys hostel building is old.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is changing a little bit from the upcoming educational year. The exam is in the form of semesters. In every semester we have to have 4 papers for which 80 marks are for full theory paper and 20 are for internal test marks.
Placement Experience :
No. My college do not provide internship, but there are several job apportunities after post graduation. The jobs are available in several field like pharma, food, medical field. In my department of study in my college 100 % placement record is continuously maintained for several years.
College Events :
There are various events such as sports event, various days are celebrated ex. Traditional day. Various famous person's birthday related events like teacher's day, The celebration is very joyful and healthy.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee for the college admission is very feasible. We are even getting some scholership while studying based on the economic status and some government schemes are also available for various purposes.
Fees and Financial Aid :
All the government scholarships are available for the college students. Just to give an example for me as I belong from economical backward class (middle classs) but also from general caste category so I get EBC scholarship.
Campus Life :
The events like sports are once per year while workshops, seminars are arranged on regular basis. The main point for me is not a pin point of harrasment or racism or any act on behalf of some politics is performed in my college.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is kinda you know a little bit old but the rooms are very clean, neat and the most important thing that hygiene is maintained regularly. The hostel seats are limited but there is not any specific selection process just the first comes first gets system is operated for hostels admission.
Alumni/Alumna :
The alumni is very helpful to us because the officers and managers in various companies are pass out students of this college so it is of big help while getting job as the reference of a well experienced person matters most. Most of the seniors do come visit us and give the exact recommendations for the ongoing conditions in companies.
Admission :
The admission process for the course of M.Sc. in Shivaji University, Kolhapur; under which my college operates is like you have to give an entrance test and then the percentile marks of your final graduation year and entrance are calculated to produce a merit list. On the basis of that list admission is given.
Faculty :
The faculty members are just fabulous. The teaching is just good. Everyone is fully dedicated to the hardwork and just they teach us every minute details in the subject they teach. The non teaching staff in the faculty is very helpful.
