Remarks :
Negative remarks for college is that they are too possessive for dress code, they don't make feel like college, they remembers us like old school days, otherwise everything is positive, the staff, the faculties and facilities.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Yes course structure is basically designed on the basis of research purposes, syllabus is devided into 3 years and 3 subjects per year, like in first year mechanics, optics and electronics and in second year thermodynamics, mathematical physics, relatively, solid state and in final year nuclear and quantum, there is lot to learn if someone wants to do PhD in future, the graduation provides the Piller to progress, many exhibition are done per year, everyear intercollege conference held here, overall a better environment for science students.
Placement Experience :
On the basis of the placement I think there are no such big companies for science stream but there are some business oriented companies for B.com, M.com and Mca and Bca courses but I think if you are looking only for placement then this college isn't for you, if you are for degree and wanna get admission in Post graduation for other universities then you can take admission otherwise don't go there.
College Events :
There are many cultural festival held here thrice in a year, and commerce fest, science fest, youth Congress debet, they are of intercollege level, many others college also participate there. A special theater based performance are done for every fresher to enhance their personalities.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fee structure of college is moderate and is equal to others for bsc - 45000. for bcom- 42000, for arts - 42000 per year. and all facilities like sports are included in fees, uniforms charges taken besides the fees.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There are many scholarships availed by government not by college, college doesn't provide single rupee for scholarship, whether you have 96 or 99 they don't care about that, but if you are a girl and have above 75% marks in class 12 then you can fill scholarship from State govt.
Campus Life :
There is proper gender ratio, sports facilities are good in college, there are courtroom and football ground, college has won many medals in state tournament and there are very good facilities to girls and many girls won medal in basketball and boxing.
Hostel Facilities :
There are 9 hostel blocks of college for different year students and separated hostle facilities for girls, daily pickup and drop from hostle is done by bus and no charges is taken other than hostel fees, infrastructure of hostels are good but there are certain restrictions that you can't go outside hostle after 8pm and, there is no fixed pattern for mess
Alumni/Alumna :
I don't find any alumni but in my hostle topper of college lived there, seniors of college are good person there is nothing like ragging, they support in extracurricular activities and guide for every possible way for future.
Admission :
It is quite easy process to get admission here, a team of councellers interviews the candidate on behalf of course which the candidate wants to take and on the aggravate marks of 12th standard. I choose bsc -maths because I always wanted to master physics so I choose this field and I'm very happy to have it as I got lot of knowledge throughout the years and participated in many presentation, spent valuable time to learn quantum mechanics and nuclear physics and my basics became clear, I love the library here,the lab, there is good facilities to do experiment and there are top class book for every stream.
Faculty :
Facilities of this college are well qualified and experienced, they teach in unique way from zero level, as long as you attend class you gotta fall in love with subject., When I came to college my only aim was to have a degree but now I doveloped interest in research so i gave entrance of IIT for masters and I'm expecting a good rank, 3 years of faculty support helped me to do it without going coaching. Overall good faculty, most of are msc,mtech and some are phd
