Remarks :
I will start with negative's because they don't have much except, mobile allow is strictly prohibited in college area and coming to positive's high quality food and academics with normal free structure, infrastructure is ok in college college having around 50 buses for providing day schoral facilities.you can meet different states of people and their culture in this college. And placements are good compared to other colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is common like other colleges, for exams and labs no need to go outside. College follows Anna University procedure for exams, Two internal exams will be conducted and one main exam at the end of the semester.
Placement Experience :
College always has a placement history with minimum of 75% to maximum around 90% the rest 10% comes from civil and mechanical department's as students prefer for higher studies. College also encourage's people who want to go for higher studies they invites people from different organisations to clarify doubts regarding to higher studies.college having collaboration with organisations which helps students to improve their skills. College has a schedule of 5 to 8 classes for skill development per semester.
College Events :
College start's with introduction day of junior's and seniors where every seniors welcome's their junior. Then followed by freshers day, and every festival event is celebrated by college management. College conduct's symposium cultural events offering students from other colleges. College always encourages volunteer students and their activie participation. College has a different committee to discuss and conduct events. It has a auditorium sufficient for 2000 capacity students, and open area for another 2000 capacity students.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fee structure is feasible as it is 50000 per semester and 100000 per annual. If we got selected in merit list the fee structure depends on your rank. College provides scholarship facility to merit students and sports quota.
Fees and Financial Aid :
College provides meri scholarship of 50% from fee structure, and also provides scholarship for winning any sports competition. College also provides loan facility and approves loan from all banks. College provides a instruction book to how to pay and Information about scholarship.
Campus Life :
Firstly sports college having a normal sized ground. College having six different courses in engineering and each department can form teams for cricket, badminton, basketball, table tennis, tennis, volleyball and athletics to. Inter-college tournaments are conducted, college allows students to participate in other college tournaments. Having all the facilities for sports with coaching staff and mainly college having fully equipped gym facility. coming to laboratories for computer science department they having arround 600 computers and separate labs for civil department, mechanical department, ece and eee departments. Their no such type of gender inequality, race and religious issues in my college no chance for politics it is a fully diversified campus. No discrimination showed on students.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel facility is provided inside the college itself, college sizes around 12 acre and separate hostel block for juniors, seniors and super seniors. Four members per room and news paper room is provided, Tv is provided and mivue projection room is also available. Hostel fee may me around 75000 for year with a decent food of five times non-vegetarian food in a week. Separate care is taken for vegetarians.
Alumni/Alumna :
It's common in every college that juniors keeps good relationship with seniors, and coming to my college we had a ragging session's when I was a junior and later they helped me in learning many things especially in academics and how to clear competitive exams which resulted me to get college placement. They gave their suggestions for projects and some are still in contact.
Admission :
I got admission thourough interview, students from tamilnadu can directly get thourough merit list and the rest state's people join thourough interview and management quota. Regarding to course it's my decision, I never had a thought of taking other course than civil engineering, in my 12th standard
Faculty :
College having most efficient and effective faculty, almost entire faculty are graduates and gold medalists from Anna University. Some of the facilities in my department also having site experience.sufficient lab faculty to help. For each department a h.o.d and assistance h.o.d with minimum of 7 to 9 professor's and 10 to 15 associate professor and around 15 helping staff.
