Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is set in to 3 years,it have 6 sems.Each s costs 19500.It have 5 subjects in first year and 3 subjects in last 2 years.The main subjects in the course are biochemistry,microbiology and chemistry.Last 2 years have laboratory experiments too.There is university exams settled at the end of each semesters for each subjects.
Placement Experience :
As my college come under university of calicut,some subjects such as BCom,BCA,Physics,BBA etc have intenships.
College Events :
As a college in kerela,as a state where somany cultures from different relegions are wide spread,somany functions and programmes are celebrated in the college such as onam,ifthar,holi,xmas,halloween etc.Also some programmes such as college day,youth fest,food fest etc are also there in the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
For Bsc biochemistry fees is 19500 which is little expensive as the students are from rural areas.but for bcom feea is 8000 per a sem,bba-9000,physics-11500,Ba english-10000,Bca-18500.There is an additional admission fee of rs 5000 as we join the course.Exam fees and hostel feea are also there.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yes,it have scholarships such as E grant scholarship,postmetric scholarships etc.As a college under university of calicut the government of india and kerela both gives seperate scholarships.
Campus Life :
Here girls are higher than boys.But boys and girls here are thick friends and they both get involved in politics and cultural programmes in the college with out any marginality and discrimination.There are somay student political parties in the college,arts clubs and libraries are also there.
Hostel Facilities :
No hostel fecilities currently.Becourse the students here are very near to the college and they can come here with out any struggles,bit in case any students needs hostel fecilities college will set them hostel fecilities out side the campus but near to the college.
Alumni/Alumna :
Senior students are very helpfull as we can collect notes and and they also clear is doubts.They are super.No ragging full of friends and joy.
Admission :
Bsc.biochemistry is a rare course and it have great oppourtunities in future.Iam intrested towards both chemistry and biology especially about the study of microbes,so i selected this course without any doubts.My college come under the university of calicut.i joined the college 25 june 2019.there is a fees of 19500 per a sum.Where we have 6 sums for 3 years. I have scored 80.5 % in my higher secondary exam.so i got admission here with out any problems.
Faculty :
Yes, the teachers there is professionals and experienced lecturers.The teachers take care of us as their own chilldren.They provide us their at most support and care.They are often get connected to the parents and they are doing their work in a different level.The college also have good results and their students are now wide spreadded all over the world working as biochemists,food inspectors,food engineres etc.
