Remarks :

College Management is worst, the college phone no. doesn't work most of time, and the management is 0% helpful to students, and that are very rude and strict to students.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Vit Bhopal is the first college in India to implement CALTECH, which means the most of study should be done through practicals, and also cut Bhopal consist of labs, classes which are having different structures than usual. The exam structure of vit consist of 3 exams- cat1, cat2, tee, cat1&2 are 2 midsems which happens after 1 and 2 months respectively, both of 50 marks, and tee is final exam is of 100 marks, for getting pass in a particular subject, a student needs to get 80+ marks as sum of all this exams, and also he need to maintain 75% attendance strictly.

Placement Experience :

The campus did not had any placement till now for B.tech, next year, the first placement will happen

College Events :

The negative point of college is the events, because of constructions happening,not many events happens, the main event happen is cultural fest "AdVITya" that happens in March and is not as good as fest happens in NITs. Also some small events happen in college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees structure of college is not that expensive but it more than average fee of any normal engineering college. Category 1 fees for 1 year for b.tech CSE is nearly 1,95,000rs and for electrical is it nearly 1,75,000rs. And in category 2, it goes nearly to 3lacs + per year, and it increases after each category.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Not any scholarship provided unless you are in top 1000 students in VITEEE. Vit Bhopal also provides free education, free hostel and mess to students who got 1st rank in the district in the 12th board exams.

Campus Life :

Campus Life is really bad, as their not much activities or things to do, gender ratio is just like any other engineering college, labs are ok-ok, sports are also not at that average level, and no sport faculties present in college, tech. Competition like hackathon happens in minor time gaps.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostels are having non AC,AC both rooms, which are 2,3,4,5 bedded and costs min to Max between 1,09,000 to nearly 1,60,000rs per year including mess charges. And Hostel is very huge, but not having gym, swimming pool, and also mess is also very small for the strength of students present. Also it can bother you if you are vegetarian that, the veg and non veg food is cooked and served near to each other in mess. Also one of the major problem is college is 1km from hostel and the transport facility to college is very minimum, so many times students get late for classes, as they didn't get transport, and they go by walking.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Most of senior are nice and do their own work and also help if you ask for, In campus, their no kind of ragging activities happen

Admission :

I got admission here through VITEEE entrance exam, After 12th, I got some average JEE Mains score which was offering me some decent city government engineering colleges, and unfortunately I was not able to clear the her advance, then I got result of VITEEE exam, in which I got rank near to 40k, after that, the college called me for counseling, in which I got CSE branch in category 1, here category (1,2,3,4,5) belongs to fee structure which are based on ranks,( category1 means min. Fee)

Faculty :

Honestly, most of faculties are new, good faculties with knowledge is very less in no., And most of faculties are coming and resigning. Very less profs. are here from the beginning of college.Most of the faculty in college are P.hd holders but most of them are doing their first job as teacher, so they are not good in teaching.

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in our college as the highest package grabbed by our senior was 1.15 cr this year through Amazon eu. The percentage of students getting placement are around 80%. My plans are to grab campus placement.

Sum up all learned things to the astonishing work

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite good in Jabalpur Engineering College. Students are eligible and can avail campus placement from their 7th semester onwards. There are some companies i would like to mention , TCS, Reliance Jio, IBM, Wipro, Collabera, TrueChip, Cognizant and some others. Some of them came for mass selection of students with good knowledge of their companies. The highest salary package of companies co.e in JEC are 7-8 LPA. The average salary packages are provided by companies is 3-5 LPA. Chances of getting selected in the campus placement are depends upon the students Strong hold on the subject and their course. So basically the chances of getting selected is around 30-40% . Students usually tend to have many dram after getting selected in campus placement. As per my plan, after getting a degree i will prone to learn new technology and present myself a position where i can give my all conceptual knowledge earned from College period and convert into practical knowledge.

My college

Remarks:

If college will improvise the college placement ratio than that would be very helpful for all the students studying there.

Admission:

I have 60% above percentage in my 12th class so I was eligible to get admission in that college. The college is closer to my home also that's why I opted for that college. They took photocopy of all valid documents and first instalment of fee. they have there own bus facility and hostel as well which is suitable to all.
