Remarks :

There should be transportation facility available in the university campus.Students have to walk inside the campus. Private vehicles are not allowed in the campus so Transportation facility sponsored by university should be promoted.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Exam structure is flexible in nature.Four class assessment test is being held in one semester.One mid term of 15 percentage weightage is held at the mid of semester.Lastly end term exam is held.Students can also have on demand exam of CAT.

Placement Experience :

Placements and Job opportunities are optimum.About eighty percentage of students got selected by premium institutes like Delhi Public Schools and other NGOs.Last year 93 percent clarified Central Teachers Eligibility Test.

College Events :

Cultural Festivals like Sarswati Puja,Bihar Diwas,Tripura Day are celebrated under Ek Bharat Shrestra Bharat.Sports Festival namely Indradhanush is celebrated every year in which about 30 games and sports events are organised and 1600 students took participation.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee Structure is feasible. Approx 4500 rupees are taken for one semester.Fee structure consists of Tution fee,Games and Sports Development Fee,Library Fee,Computer Lab Fee,Cultural Fesitval Fee and Medical Claim for students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

University provides scholarships likes Merit Cum Means Scholarships for meritorious students.It also provides attendence scholarship to ensure maximum presence in classrooms.It provides Library Best User Scholarship to promote use of library.University also provides reserch scholarship as well as Earn while Learn Scholarship for needy students.

Campus Life :

Labs are modern and advanced.Gender ration in students would be 4:3 while in faculties,Gendet ratio is 3:2 for male and female.Students and Faculties both are gender sensitive.Workshops on gender equality is observed from time to time.There is no discrimination regarding Gender,Race,Sexual Orientation,Caste,Religion, Political and Economic status.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel rooms are well furnished.There are seperate hostels for boys and girls.400 girls stay in hostel and approx 900 boys are staying in hostel.Three students used to live in one room.Three tables,three chairs and three wardrobes are present in every room.Television,Table Tennis and Badminton Court are also present.Hostel is Wi-Fi enabled.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Presently,there is no allumuni network.Seniors are very co operative in nature.Seniors used to live with juniors in hostel and they help juniors mentally and support.Seniors are very helpful.There is friendly environment in college.

Admission :

Entrance Test namely CUCET was held at All India Level. After that Merit list is published for interview. After interview, Documents were being verified.This course is integrated course as it provides dual degree B.A as well as B.Ed in only 4 years.

Faculty :

Faculties are very supportive in nature.They are present after the class too to help the students/less scoring students.Faculties provide study materials to students.Science Faculties also conduct a lot of reserches.

My college (Nalanda open University) and my experience.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i am preparing for the government exams so i didn't put that much of thought in the course selection but i chose history because it is important for the government exams and the history books of nalanda open University are i think best because it explains in detail about every event in history. In view of improvement I'd say to also provide the book in english language so the students who give exam in english can easily read them and give exam. Per subject you will get 3 hour to write your exam and the teachers are very experienced and smart so you better not cheat and there are also cameras so it is quite difficult and also the other professor are on round so you might not get a chance to cheat but if you studied carefully you can oass easily.

My college journey

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to get a job in an officer's state so English was part and parcel for me so, I adopted English as an honour subject in Graduation. Also, this could improve my general personality. In my college faculty: students is 1: 15 The main highlight of our faculty is they are very well kind and highly helpful. Even some have shared their phone contacts so that students could connect and ask any query. My fav Manish sir, an English teacher, always helps me and never says no. Others are also very well. In a covid lockdown, they took classes online. We are so grateful for all their helping vibes. The term exams are usually held quarterly. All must have to join the exams. Other exams are done yearly in nearby centers. I can boldly say that a regular student who completes all the required activities in the class can easily pass the exam with good marks.

Entrance preview

Admission:

Candidates will have to get the application form directly from the University itself. For UG courses, candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognized board of education. The selection process is for all the courses is based on merit in the qualifying examination.

A journey worth sharing

Remarks:

There are a lot of positives here, but some negative has also come as if the timing is right. This is the biggest problem here, neither the teacher's timing nor the student's timing is right.
